It is an apartment resort. Not a hotel. In my opinion 3, max 4 stars would be better reflecting the resort. It is somewhat worn-out/old fashioned. The pool area was too small to accommodate the guests. The restaurants were crowded. All in all the resort, the service and location was not a 5 star feeling or experience.

Vanskelig å løse ting som ikke var som de skulle. Opplevde flere ting som satt en demper på ferien og som gjorde at vi måtte bruke mye tid hver dag på dette.

Der var meget beskidt. Strømmen i lejligheden gik ofte. Man skal tidligt op for at få en solseng. Børn må ikke lege med bold i eller ved poolen. Der bliver kun gjort rent 1 gang om ugen og det er med en kost.

Gorgeous view of the sea, staff were very friendly and plenty of activities within the complex. Not too many kitchen amenities if you’re planning on cooking full meals i’d recommend bringing a few utensils

Huoneisto oli loistava ja terassi valtava. Ainoa miinus oli pienet muurahaiset. Sijainti on rauhallinen. Tarvitset auton, jos haluat liikkua alueella.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold og er veldig fornøyde med hotellet. Leiligheten var stor, komfortabel og hadde en privat hage med boblebad, noe som gjorde oppholdet ekstra avslappende. Vi fikk virkelig ladet batteriene. Under oppholdet vårt pågikk fotball-VM, og stemningen på hotellet var helt fantastisk. Mange gjester samlet seg i klubbhuset/baren for å se kampene og heie på sine landslag. Det skapte en utrolig hyggelig og sosial atmosfære som vi kommer til å huske lenge. Vi vil også rette en stor takk til de hyggelige jentene i restauranten. De var alltid smilende, imøtekommende og svært oppmerksomme. Allerede etter kort tid husket de hva vi likte å spise, og spurte om de skulle hente det til oss. Slik omtanke og personlig service gjorde at vi følte oss ekstra velkomne. Tusen takk for et fantastisk opphold. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake og anbefaler hotellet på det varmeste!

We stayed as a family of five in a three bedroom accommodation. Checking was very interesting, off location, about one mile away from the actual location of where we stay, and driving around in the area, is not easy at all, being immediately off the highway. A7. Anyway, we made it to this floor level 3 bedroom apartment, looks like it did have its glory, well really in the past…. Very strong smell of mold once we turned the AC on. I mean really intolerably moldy, we could not take our breath, so we opened the windows, maybe the smell would get better, hours and hours no luck… the place is specious, kind of old, but really full of what you need as a family, kitchen, two and a half bath… But the mold smell is intolerable, Went to the office and complained, the response; “ the big boss need to approve moving to another unit, and he is in a very important meeting” and what was interesting that the front deck and the cleaning ladies we runned into were all aware of that mold issue, they even asked if the smell in the cabinets was strong, and they were right!!! So why nobody addressed the issue?! Mold could be really harmful to health, not only an annoyance… Anyway, the meeting apparently took over 4 hours, then we were given key for another unit, has smell too, but much less. To say the least, this is not a five star place, not by any stretch of imagination, should not be not even 3 stars. The breakfast was mediocre, and the staff at the restaurant, difficult parking…..

Personalen vid poolområde och restauranger är helt otrolig. Dom är supertrevlig och snälla mot barn. Detta är ett otroligt bra ställe att bo på när man har barn

Vi bokade ett rum mot havet och visst hade vi ett hav framför rummet, men havet va svårt att se pga en gigantisk kaktus och hög häck precis framför vårt rum. Utan kaktus och 10 cm lägre häck så hade det blivit mycket bättre.

Kæmpe hotel med hotellejligheder. Dårlig service. Svær at finde. Værelset havde dårlig lugt.

Het appartement zag er schoon en netjes uit bij aankomst. Heerlijke jacuzzi op het balkon en fijne kamers. Het is er wel erg gehorig en veel mieren aanwezig. Echter, hiervoor lagen spuitbussen in de woning om te sprayen zodat de mieren weg bleven. Zeker een aanrader! Het personeel kwam voor ons een beetje geïrriteerd over en niet al te vriendelijk, maar verder prima accommodatie.

Fint hotel. Lidt ældre indretning og lidt slidt, vandtrykket i bruseren svagt og faktisk næsten svært at tage et bad.

Loved our stay. Great resort with everything you would need for a family holiday.

breakfastI don't like it poor every day same thing nothing new balcony not very good I have some noisy neighbour next door, and in safari restaurant when we order something coming very late ore never came shot have better stuff, I can not say everything was bed but shouldn't be better

Great for children, good food and clean pool area. A bit loud at night, but I guess that more up to the guest than the hotel. Great localtion 20 minutes from the AirPort
