Very spacious place and felt very welcomed. Comfy and gave a sense of a home. Clean rooms and kind service!

Location is great, room is spacious and well appointed.

Good location, just blocks from major tourist and government sites and with many restaurants nearby. Staff were superb in welcoming and assisting me. Room was much larger than I expected with all the amenities of an apartment. Excellent choice for short or long term stay.

Great rooms and a great location.

Great property. Only complaint is that one of the blinds in the master bedroom doesn’t properly cover the window and lets light in.

Great location. Great rooms

I picked this place for the location, which was amazing: entrances on both Queen St and Sparks St, so easy walk to the downtown sites. Our room had a full kitchen setup as well as a washer and dryer, which we didn’t use but which could have been great for a longer stay. Room was big and clean, the AC was a blessing, and the bathroom had a full tub/shower combination, which I appreciated…a lot of hotels seem to be going shower only. Only bar soap and very tiny bottles of shampoo were provided, though, so you’ll probably want to bring your own. But overall a fantastic value in downtown Ottawa!

I have stayed here for 2 separate trips, and it is by far my favorite place to stay in Ottawa! It is central to everything you could possibly need. 1 minute walk to parliament. You do feel like you are staying in luxury apartments. The staff were LOVELY!! They were kind and always made me feel comfortable. I would give them 10/10 for everything. HIGHLY recommend to everyone

Great full kitchen, modern, clean, easy parking for a fee as is standard for Ottawa.

I travel to Ottawa for business 4 to 5 times a year on average, and this is my favourite place to stay for work or when I’m coming for a personal trip. You can’t ask for a better location. Everything you want to see downtown is walkable there are restaurants and cafés everywhere. The Rideau mall is nearby. The rooms are amazing. On my most recent trip I had an upgrade to the premium suite with a huge balcony that had a gas powered fire pit a table for four and a super comfy chair. The gym is fantastic and the top floor sky lounge has an amazing view of Parliament Hill. I would highly recommend ReSays to anyone.

The staff were wonderful, but the room I was given was very loud early in the morning including as early as 5am (e.g., garbage collection, buses, etc.). In addition, things were often not replenished so I would need to go to the lobby to ask (e.g., coffee pods), and when I went to check the Sky Lounge it was occupied. The room itself was nice, but I wouldn’t stay there again given how hard it was to sleep.
