Came from the states for a stay to see the sights and visit some friends- overall, wonderful experience. Check in directions were received before arrival, but definitely felt a bit like a scavenger hunt! Ended up in Eley’s Pork Pies to chat with the hosts and figure out how to check in. Navigated up a path behind the Tontine, through a gate, and into the area of the apartment. Parking was a bit of a bear but is doable. Apartment was quaint and lovely- everything you need for a cozy stay. Clean, organized, adorable garden area. Had to get used to how to properly lock/unlock doors. Communication with the host was a little tricky- we wanted to request more towels and discovered the phone number wasn’t working, so sent a form through their website. Took a couple days, but was successful. The area was amazing- tons of shops to grab a bite, a coffee, or even an antique. Ironbridge is gorgeous- highly recommend going on a hike and exploring! In conclusion it was a very nice, unique and comfy stay. Couple minor adjustments, but made for a super experience.

Great little apartment for our stay in Ironbridge. The joining instructions were clear. Although I think we were lucky to find 'temporary parking' near the accommodation for unloading, the locked car park about 400m away (apparently) was very useful indeed. When I realised where the apartment was I was concerned there would be noise from the high street but it was actually shielded from the road by the shops and thus very quiet with no traffic noise at all. The apartment was spotless (how do they keep things so clean!) and had everything we needed for a 3-night break. The welcome basket was fabulous. The apartment even has a private patio with evening sun (in June) with a stunning climbing rose. We didn't even find the shared garden until our last day. If I have to find a 'con' it is the lack of any view from the windows and the smell of pork pies in the entrance courtyard (I am vegetarian so not ideal) but these are very minor gripes and overall I would recommend & we would certainly stay again.
