Besides the room not having any dresser drawers, we really enjoyed the stay, the room, the hotel.

The receptionist was very welcoming and let me know everything I needed to know. The room was very clean. It was a peaceful stay.

The lobby has the best vibe and setup for being onsite with plenty to do. Gym actually has decent equipment and board games by the pool table.

I loved this hotel!! I had originally rented a room at a different hotel, but didn’t stay one night due to uncleanliness and roaches. I booked the Tru hotel at 11:30 pm after arriving at the other rundown hotel. Check in was a breeze, even as late as we arrived! After checking in, me and my 18 year old son immediately loved the hotel! It smelled clean, looked kept up, the pool stayed clean our entire six day visit! Staff was amazing! There was a pool table, board games, television, great seating, good breakfast, and the list goes on! This hotel made our beach vacation feel like an actual vacation!

The customer service was absolutely outstanding! The hotel was exceptionally clean and had a wonderful breakfast too.

Staff was friendly and the location was good. No issues with parking or noise. Only complaint was that the shower stall floor wasn't and the water temp was like warm. Other than that it was a nice short stay.

Our room floor was dirty, during our stay the pancake machine was not working… other than that everything was okay!

The water pressure and hot water were lacking. The shower has a mold issue. Overall, it was a lovely facility and we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel was very nice. I asked the front desk to have my toilet cleaned because it had a pee stain on the bottom of it and the maid said she would clean it and when I got back the stain was still there

Loved it! Mattresses are comfy, blanket, pillows, sheets were fresh and soft!
