Perfect!

Overall great experience and good service - the facilities are great - beds cozy and food T restaurant is great . Area to improve is the halls are loud - we have stayed 3 x now and this is the one area that needs to improve asap - sound proofing was not done correct or something but you can hear every single door close and voices - like I said great experience overall but fix this and it becomes a better stay for all .

Great stay so far

During my first overnight stay at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by its exceptional beauty and the delightful aroma of the room. However, I encountered an inconvenience upon checking in. The hotel staff informed me that my room would be ready within 20 minutes and would contact me via phone call. Unfortunately, despite waiting for 40 minutes, I did not receive any calls. Consequently, I returned to the check-in desk, where I was informed that my room was indeed ready. This delay resulted in a wasted period of time.

We always love staying at the Pearle! Clean, beautiful lakeside views and customer service absolutely fantastic.

The front desk staff and restaurant staff were all amazing and very friendly. I will recommend to anyone that visits Burlington.

The customer service from the valet, front desk, spa, bar, and restaurant was exceptional. Very impressed.

This is my second time staying at the Pearle. I’m very familiar with Autograph hotels and have always had an amazing experience. My first visit was amazing… so much so that I wanted t come back for the long weekend with my partner. This time the stay was not enjoyable there were many blinders from check in to check out. Could be because there was a wedding however they should have been prepared. In short my room Wasn’t ready at check in and we waited 40 mins. We were offered dirty rooms twice which we wouldn’t have taken however when I asked when cleaning would take place we were not given an answer and then we were offered a room right under the wedding event room. The room had the items on it from the previous guests and we could hear music and drumming all night from The reception room above us. I’m not even sure we got the room I paid for. As well on two occasions two staff members entered our room with their own key cards while we were in the room resting. It felt odd that no one knew we were using the room. Be careful of non transparent charges like in room dining tax, parking hst, municipal accommodation tax and the lot. We were offered a drink voucher as compensation for people entertained me our room but it was disappointing. I’m all the spa services were great and the restaurant was lovely… food is amazing and staff are friendly. I just wish the service was consistent and the charges were more transparent

My husband and I spend a night at The Pearle every few months and it never disappoints. It is so well appointed and the staff is so friendly that one night is enough to recharge our batteries. We are looking forward to our next stay!
