Room was not available. When we finally received our room there weren’t enough towels for 4 people. 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper, pillows were flat, no hair dryer. Meal in the restaurant took 2 hours to be served after ordering. Went to front desk for assistance 5 times and they said we’re working on it. My last trip to front desk, in my pajamas, I refused to leave without toilet paper and towels. They finally brought 2 pillows to the room in a plastic bag. They left it in front of the door and ran. Both pillows smelled like a cat peed on them. Last thing was we paid a $12 deposit for transportation to the Miami cruise port and the transport never arrived. The front desk would not refund our $12. If they were my employees, they would all be fired!! I am requesting a full refund.
