地點離車站有段距離但步行可到。房間空間極大，兩個29吋行李箱打開綽綽有餘，周圍感覺住宅區因此晚上滿安靜的。唯獨淋浴空間沒有門檻所以洗太久水會流出去弄的整個浴室都濕濕的頗不方便，除此之外一切都還可以，一樓還有咖啡可以喝滿好的。

房間實景與訂房網上的照片相差不遠。對自駕者而言，飯店附近巷弄停車方便，開車至海德堡古堡/老城也很近。

房間很大，很舒適，因為交通問題，我們需要深夜才能到達，在通知酒店后，酒店服務員一直等到我們到達后，check in后才收工，服務態度很好! 但清潔上有少少不太好，可能是上次有客人打碎了玻璃杯，在暗角位上仍然有些很细小的玻璃碎片！

房間空間舒適，燈光設計具現代感。樓下的餐廳品質高，但早餐需另付費。浴室發現一隻小蟑螂，這點需要再改善。

Not locate right in the city centre or the Old town. But the hotel itself are in very good condition: modern and simple. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. Good that the car can park right beside the hotel (with meter parking).

The hotel is a bit far away from the central station. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the hotel. The staff is nice and humor. The room is big and clean. However, i dont like the dim light in the room. I booked a double bed, but it simply put two single bed together. It's a great hotel after all.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is very nice for cooking. Clean and tidy.

We book a room for 4 , the room and toilet is huge ! The room is very modern , you can turn on fancy lighting . Room is 100 clean and tidy ! The room is locate in the next building , the lady bring us there with help of luggage , show us the room and even explain how to turn on and off the lighting ! We can park the car in the car park next to the hotel and again they open the gate ,show us the way and walk with us back to the lobby! The car park charge 17 euro a day but it is fine because it is difficult to find a place to put your car in the small town and if you park in the main road you have to move your car before 8:00 am in the morning . Both the lady and the gentleman are very helpful , speak good English , friendly and always with a big smile . It is a 4 stars hotel and the staff is 5 stars!

Qube Heidelberg is a nice hotel with good services, clean and tidy rooms. The only restaurant of the hotel provides good food. Rooms are simple and tidy, able to cater the basic needs of tourists. around 5 minutes by taxi from the train station. The only downside is that the hotel is a little bit far from the old town which might costs you more to travel from the hotel to the old town or other tourists spot.

Convenient location near train station, quiet and functional room with comfortable large bed. Overall clean, but shower door had some mold.

This hotel was wonderful! It was in a great location close to public transportation and a little bakery across the street. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The rooms were lovely, clean and well-appointed. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was amazing!
