No instructions were sent to the email. We were stuck outside for half an hour trying to figure out the access code and tried to contact the hotel but got voice message instead. We asked passerby for help because we were really confused but no success. So we wait and hope somebody get to the door. Not a good experience.

They didn't sent email for check in instruction, so it make us a bit confuse in front of the hotel until we called them. The check out time is also too early at 10.00.

I already informed the hotel my arrival hour at night but somehow the hotel did not inform anything about virtual check in. We can't go inside the lobby since they did bot inform the code of the door at all. Luckily our taxi driver still there and help us to contact the hotel and got the code for us to get inside. Should be more informed to your guest and not make us confused and stucked outside in the cold weather.
