Continental breakfast had lots of options. Just off main tourist area. All doors didnt seal well, very loud to use, no spund proofing. Needed secondary locks. Famiky room with 2 twin and 1 queen was a nice room.

Lovely hotel & staff were wonderful but the property is next to a bar/club so if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you. Thank you to the great staff for making our stay so warm & hospitable.

pretty scary neighborhood and pretty small room. staff was really wonderful, though and the breakfast was very very nice.

Staff was excellent and close walking to restaurants and area stores.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, my check in and out went smoothly. The price listed online is the price I paid. My room was modern, clean and the balcony/patio was very spacious and nice to sit out on an evening. The area leaves a lot to be desired, but the hotel was like a diamond in the ruff. The breakfast buffet was also nice all the food was fresh, the juices and coffee were nice as well. I will definitely be back for another stay.

Nice hotel, but 1 night music was playing in the bar next door till 4am so no sleep at all. On our pick up at 5.30am we were approached by beggersnot wanting no for a answer. Rough area, nice hotel

The staff provided excellent service in arranging transportation and answering questions about the metro system. The breakfast was very good and a surprise bonus. I would stay here again based on value for the price.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The location was not that great, didn’t feel safe with graffiti everywhere dark area and didn’t feel safe walking around at night not sure how it is during the day. We got there when it was dark and left the next day it was early and dark still.

Uncoordinated staff ; unfriendly staff

The staff was amazing. They took care of us well and when my wife was not feeling well, they showed compassion and continually asked if she needed anything. The hotel is a mile walk to the city center. We arrived on Sunday and at 11am, a parade passed the tomb of the unknown soldier. Great place, staffed by great people.

I like the boutique nature of the property but don't like the area surrounding it.

The hotel itself is nice, but in a seedy neighborhood at night. There was a large police presence in this neighborhood, so it made it feel safer.

The place itself is nice, but the area is a little questionable. We walked a few blocks to dinner and saw riot police. Fine during the day but not so much at night. However, the noise was insane. Not from the outside, but the hotel itself. All night, banging in the halls, it sounded like they were doing renovations at 2 am. Would not recommend if you need a good nights sleep.

The Hotel Staff were professional and courteous. We need our stay.
