The owners are lovely and provided an excellent breakfast!

An excellent location and just what we needed. The hosts were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Room was so clean and breakfast was freshly cooked and nutritious. Will return soon.

Chris and lovely were super host . Excellent location to valley of rocks . Amazing breakfast especially fresh fruit salad !! Only downside was the bed linen and towels would have liked it to be changed as stayed for 5 nights .

Great location. Hosts were very friendly & helpful with suggestions on where to visit. Lovely breakfast & nice selection of cake & biscuits in room. On site parking. Nice clean room. Hosts very covid aware. Would happily stay here again.

The Denes is a very clean, comfortable Guest House close to Lynton Town. Facilities are excellent and food is delicious. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Lovely stay at the Denes ... Lovely couple and lovely breakfast . Clean comfortable and peaceful , we were in the 'Pines' room and were very happy , loved the little added touch of a chocolate on the pillow on arrival . Great selection of tea,coffee etc and biscuits . John and Susan have made this B and B a stay from home very enjoyable . Would not hesitate to return if in the area again .

This would have to be the cleanest and tidest B &B in the UK. We were greeted by the hosts and were offered tea and coffee with a nice cake. We was really impressed with the property and would strongly recommend it to any traveller. Being Australian it was big bonus seeing Vegimite on the condiment table. Thank you for a lovely stay and the suggestions you gave us for dinner and sightseeing.

John was very helpful and gave some great tips on where to go in the area, and where to eat. The guest house is located in a very special spot, on the edge of the town of Lynton, really close to the Valley of Rocks. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Really fab weekend with lovely hosts who were helpful to point out aspects of the local area and very eager to accomodate our every need...thank you for a wonderful weekend. Perfect location!

The hosts were so friendly and willing to give advice on things to do. Food was wonderful. Room had nice touches like little cookies and hot chocolate.

Excellent, friendly accommodation. Absolute attention to detail to everything in the room including a quality bed with Egyptian cotton sheets,nice en suite.

We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer, the proprietors were very friendly and greeted us with a hot drink and a piece of homemade chocolate cake each, the room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent. We would recommend it to friends and family.

Had a very enjoyable 3 night stay. Lovely area so a great base to adventure from the door.
