The shower facility even after checkout is excellent.

Zimmer mit Hochbett war etwas umständlich, auch gab es keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Ansonsten alles ok

The room itself was fine, but unfortunately the nights were not very restful. There was a constant cracking or clicking noise during the night, possibly from the air conditioning or another technical system. It kept waking me up repeatedly after I had fallen asleep, on both nights, until I was simply too tired to notice it anymore. The mattress was also much too soft for my preference, although I understand that this is subjective. In addition, the kitchen was being renovated, which meant that breakfast was limited on the first day. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the sleep quality was clearly affected by the recurring noise.

Zoku was in a great location for this trip to Vienna. It's close to the Messe, university and the U-bahn. The room is cleverly designed with a nice kitchen (including a small dishwasher) and lots of storage space. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing. The hotel is well thought out. I especially like the locker room with storage in the basement. It was very convenient to put my stuff in a locker on the day when I checked out and come back to it several hours later and even have a shower before departing Vienna. On the down-side, the hotel is located right next to the Prater amusement park. Roller coaster noise was pretty constant until about 11PM every day.

Location superb, close to the metro station 2, full of services, cool restaurants, bars nearby and last but not least and insane park. Hotel infrastructure really well curated, clean and functional. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, functional and confortable room, great mattress and pillola, nice tableware. Hardly recommend.

The room was small but clean. The staff was very friendly and able to answer any demands. The location was great.

Super coole und saubere Zimmer, top Frühstück über den Dächern und absolut gut durchdachtes Konzept - kleines Manko, wenn überhaupt, dass fast niemand Deutsch spricht - very international;)

Sehr schönes Zimmer, exzellentes Frühstück. Schöne Dachterrasse. Einziges Manko dass ich finden konnte ist, dass der Gym sehr klein ist.

Prima hotel met heerlijk ontbijt en goede bereikbaarheid met de metro.

호텔아파트먼트라 주방이 있어 편리함 특히 체크아웃 후 짐보관 서비스가 너무 좋았음. 라커룸에 화장실 샤워실이 같이 있어 무료 사용이 가능했음

Great breakfast options. Great living spaces on the 7th floor, full with accessories for kids (play area, books, legos, toys). Fully equipped kitchen, possible to cook meals in your own room. Very close to Messe, easy public transport access (5 min walk).
