Location was very good. Walking distance to city center and Metro station for further outskirts. The apartment size was very ok, but the cleaning was not perfect. It was not dirty but it could be more fresch and cleaner.

Rommet så fint ut og var pent dekorert, men dessverre var det det eneste positive med oppholdet. En måned før ankomst forsøkte jeg å kontakte hotellet flere ganger via to ulike e-postadresser, SMS og WhatsApp uten å få svar. Først dagen før innsjekk fikk jeg kontakt via telefon. Jeg spurte om transport/airport pick-up, siden dette var oppgitt på Hotels.com, men fikk aldri svar og måtte ordne taxi selv. Ved innsjekk oppdaget vi mange små maur på badet, kjøkkenet og i stuen. De krøp rundt på gulvet hele oppholdet og så ut til å komme fra under gulvlistene. Vi var en familie på tre og fikk kun én dorull. Det sto på døren at housekeeping skulle komme på dag 3 med nye håndklær og påfyll av toalettpapir, men ingen kom. Da vi gikk tom onsdag kveld, kontaktet jeg hotellet igjen via SMS, WhatsApp og telefon. Personen jeg snakket med hevdet at «dag 3» var dagen etter, noe som ikke ga mening siden vi sjekket inn søndag. Vi reiser mye, og dette er første stedet som gir én dorull til en familie for nesten en uke. Jeg kan ikke anbefale dette hotellet på grunn av maurproblemene, dårlig kommunikasjon, manglende housekeeping og generelt dårlig service. Bildene så fine ut, men jeg kommer aldri til å bo her igjen.

Very secure property, gorgeous and extremely clean and tidy, modern decor which was perfect for us. Great location, right near the ruin bars (although you can’t hear the noise from them). Will definitely stay again.

Room was clean, we had no problems with the self check in, great spot in the heart of the city.

Vi er veldig fornøyd, reint og nye innredninger. Mann føler seg akkurat som hjemmet.

Check in process was unclear and we weren't provided the check-in form until we phoned outside the hotel. They then emailed us a form that had to be completed. There is no reception desk and no-one to speak to for assistance. There is nowhere to store bags which is really inconvenient and we had to locate a luggage storage area for our last day and pay for that. A nespresso coffee machine was provided however no pods were provided which was really disappointing. The hotel is in the jewish quarter so easy walking distance to restaurants etc although did feel a bit unsafe at night. There is also construction work going on and the site started working at 07:30 in the morning.

מיקום מצויין. דירות מרווחות עם מטבח, הכל נראה חדש ומאוד נקי. יש קוד אלקטרוני בכניסה לבניין ואז מנעול מכני ליד דלת הדירה עם קוד שבתוכו יש כרטיס לפתיחת הדלת. הכל מתבצע עצמאית מול מענה אנושי מאוד מהיר. נהנינו מאוד.

Check-in molto complesso. Una volta arrivato in struttura mi hanno mandato un'email per fare il check-in e quindi satvo ad aspettare fuori mentre completavo tutti dati.

Difficult to contact when room number they gave us was incorrect. There was no sign on a Utility Door indicating there were apartments behind it. We paid for balcony we received a ground floor with outdoor table and dirty mops left near table. Outer door to building is broken and never locked

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Upon entering the room, I noticed a moldy ceiling, which was not only unsightly but also concerning for health reasons. It’s shocking that the hotel management would allow guests to stay in such conditions. To add to the frustration, when I asked for help with the television, I was met with a rude reply from the staff. Their lack of professionalism and poor attitude only made the situation worse. The cleanliness of the room was also far from acceptable. The towels provided were dirty and stained, which was just disgusting. It made me question whether anything in the room had been properly cleaned. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment. I would not recommend staying here to anyone unless they seriously improve their standards. Avoid at all costs!

Clean and spacious apartment, location is perfect. Lots of options for restaurants, the kitchen has enough kitchen utensils to make simple foods (it even has a dishwasher). Anyway, when you arrive at night it's a bit confusing where they put the key box because it's very dark so you might miss it as it's not exactly next to the entrance door.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was really clean, modern and also silent. The metro and tram stations were close and there were many opportunities to eat outside nearby. You were able to buy grocieries nearby too. I would recommend this appartment and would also stay again there!

The AC is just a cool air supply. Not enough to cool the room in hot summer days. Walls dirty and paint falling from walls Garbage from the building located at entrance of the building
