晚上車聲很大

Had a really good experience staying here. We are very picky with cleanliness but can say this place was spotless. Our room was also very spacious, and featured a japanese style shower which was super cool (and absolutely spotless as well!). The staff was also very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here - we had a very comfortable stay as a family with a young child. The only thing to note for short stays is they have fees for housekeeping, fees for late check out, and front desk during the day (not 24/7).

Meget behageligt værelse med rigtig god plads. Der er få værelser på etagerne, så der er ro. Personalet er venligt og imødekommende. Vi nød vores ophold meget.

Hotel bien situé, bien desservi par plusieurs bus. Accueil correct. Point negatif : Nos bagages livrés a l hôtel depuis tokyo n'ont pas été livrés dans la chambre malgre la fermeture de la reception a 22h. Chambre très spacieuse et propre. Service de laverie appréciable.

I definitely enjoyed my at the Rinn Horikawa Gojo, the room was very spacious for three people and everything was very clean. The staff was also very nice, helpful, and English friendly. The hotel also provided us to do laundry, which is definitely a plus. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is a bus stop right in front of the entrance and a 7/11 just a few minutes away by walking. This hotel was also close by other places we were interested in exploring. If I am back in Kyoto I think I will stay here again!

Big room , big bathroom , clean , friendly staff

The room was clean and the hotel is located right by a bus station. The area was convenient and not too loud.

Hotel is in central Kyoto and location is good. Bus stop right under the hotel and it’s to get to all major attractions. Room is very spacious and very clean. Staff is very friendly.

El hotel es bastante agradable y bonito, sin embargo el colchón es muy suave y dormir resultaba incómodo en la espalda (esto es preferencia de cada persona). Las amenidades muy convenientes, tienen cuarto de lavado.

Really nice rooms. Even though on a busy street rooms were quite quiet. Not much at all in walking distance for dining. About a 20 minute walk to subway, have to climb stairs over an overpass en route.

I believe for the price that I paid for this hotel it could have been better. You cannot open the window for fresh air and cannot control the air-conditioning. You are responsible for making your bed, changing your towels and throwing out rubbish. Additionally it is a 12 minute walk to the train.

La atención del staff fue maravillosa

Mycket nöjda med vistelsen. Rymligt och rent rum. Enda nackdelen var att vi inte hade möjliget till daglig städning vid behov utan extra kostnad. Eftersom att vi hade bokat en längre vistelse (5 dagar) så ingick det endast en komplett städning. Tömning av sopor och byte av handdukar kunde göras dagligen utan extra kostnad. Bra läge med gott om anslutningsmöjligheter till kollektivtrafik.

Wir haben dort fünf Tage verbracht. In den meisten Bereichen war es staubig und nicht besonders sauber. Ein 7/11 war in nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war jedoch äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great room, really spacious. Staff were all very friendly. Handily located right next to a bus stop (#9 or #28 from the station), with other stops nearby as well as convenience stores. Lovely ramen shop across the road too! Would happily stay again.

숙소 입구에서부터 좋은 냄새도 나고 엄청 청결하고 좋았어요 너무 깔끔하고 가격대비 넓어서 캐리어 두 개 펴놓고 있어도 넓고 화장실도 깨끗하고 넓어서 아주 좋았습니다

The location is slightly away from the centre of the busy area but still walkable. Staff were very helpful and nice. The room was very clean.

Nice decor but not enough restaurants around

周辺の飲食店が少し寂しい。堀川五条という立地を考えると致し方ないか。
