Great location, internet kept on lagging

The friendliest staff I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting. The room was great and large, clean and modern. I will come back for the great service and friendly staff, everything else that’s great about the place is a bonus, the staff are the real stars

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the place was clean. Unfortunately that’s the only positives. The communal areas were dark and dingy and the room was small with a really strange layout (the shower was just an alcove in the room so no privacy). The maintenance in the room was bad - the skirting board was bulging off the wall and also I touched a switch on the wall and it fell off completely leaving exposed wires. Breakfast buffet was truly bad and not worth the money - we arrived an hour before they stopped serving but most things had run out - no eggs or bacon and they were not replenishing. We also had to ask for plates.

Chambre propre et bien agencée pour un si petit espace. Attention au choix des chambres si vous êtes grand, la chambre que j'avais avait un lit assez petit en longueur et du haut de mon 1m76 je me sentais à l'étroit car le lit prenait toute la largeur de la pièce. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et côté isolation phonique bien que donnant côté tram, le bruit est bien atténué avec les fenêtres.

Chambre ok. Salle de bain très bien. Produits fournis super. Cependant : -Un peu d'attente a l'arrivée -Pas d'ascenseur pour aller au 3e avec les bagages -une seule personne au petit déjeuner pour accueillir, preparer et servir. Ce n'est pas une organisation très professionnelle -une seule machine a café !!! Et à capsules !!!! Du jamais vu. -le nom Ikonik fait croire à un hôtel situé dans le bâtiment Ikonik ce qui n'est pas le cas (c'est quasi mensonger)

La première nuit fut désagréable et blanche car des alarmes d’évacuation ont retenti 4 fois et aucune communication pour nous donner des informations, je demande un remboursement de cette nuit sans pouvoir dormir

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, wir hatten kein Platz für unsere „Handkoffer“. Sonst war das Zimmer nett eingerichtet, wie auf den Fotos. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Lage.

Resté a la porte a cause d un changement de plate-forme

PT-BR - Amamos o hotel, tudo organizado e bem localizado. Mas, chegando no hotel nos foi cobrado uma taxa de caução de 150€ que, segundo a recepcionista, seria reembolsado após 7 dias a partir do check out. NÃO ACONTECEU ESSE REEMBOLSO! Estou tentando arduamente entrar em contato, mas NINGUÉM retorna!!!! QUERO MEU DINHEIRO DE VOLTA AGORA! EN - We loved the hotel, everything was organized and well located. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were charged a deposit of €150 which, according to the receptionist, would be refunded 7 days after check-out. THIS REFUND DID NOT HAPPEN! I am trying hard to get in touch, but NO ONE is responding!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW! FR - Nous avons adoré l'hôtel, tout était bien organisé et bien situé. Mais à notre arrivée, on nous a demandé une caution de 150 € qui, selon la réceptionniste, nous serait remboursée 7 jours après notre départ. CE REMBOURSEMENT N'A PAS EU LIEU ! J'essaie désespérément de les contacter, mais PERSONNE ne me répond !!!! JE VEUX QU'ON ME REMBOURSE IMMÉDIATEMENT !

Oui tout était impeccable

The hotel itself was great and the staff very helpful and friendly. There was parking but it was a 2 minute walk away and very tight space. The hotel is not in a great section of town but there is a tram right there that is easy to use.

Very nice! Convenient location to the train station. Would definitely stay here again.
