Excellent stay, very close to the London Paddington Station. The room was clean and tidy. The room has no window due to the infrastructure of the London residential areas and fully understanding.

Værelset var ok.. der var det som man kunne forvente. Vi overnattende der i 4 dage uden at noget personale kom ind på værelset.. dvs at der ikke blev skiftet håndklæder, fyldt op med toiletpapir ( vi løb tør sidst på 3 dagen) tømt skraldespande, eller redt seng. Der var ualmindeligt lydt.. vi kunne både høre dem til højre og venstre samt ovenpå.. det kunne måske have været lidt interessant hvis vi kunne sproget der blev talt. Personalet var en blandet oplevelse.. En mand var venlig og hjælpsom :-) En kvinde gad ikke at tage mobilen/pc'en frem for at hjælpe os med at finde hen til stationen.. hun sagde: " I kan da bare spørge nogle på vejen" Trods det.. så ville vi sikkert gerne komme igen en anden gang..

Siste valg i krise. Er det over 20 varmegrader sov heller ute null luft og null måte å få frisk/kald luft inn

Front Desk, Maria, was fantastic- always professional and helpful, accommodated my needs - by the last day we spoke together like old friends- I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was outdated; I could see straight outside through a hole in the window, and the bedside lamp didn't work.

Only stayed one night, the lady on reception was very friendly,our room was ready early so she let us check in earlier. Room was small but we only was sleeping there,room was clean ,hotel is central very close to Hyde park and the tube is just around the corner

Camera e letto piccolo, personale cortese e disponibile. Bagno piccolo ma doccia confortevole, dotato di asciugacapelli e prodotti da bagno. Non viene effettuata la pulizia giornaliera della stanza ma solo a richiesta e senza extra. Bel quartiere, a due passi dalla metro e da Hyde Park.

Good position, clean and reasonably priced hotel - staff at reception were good, close to shops and the Bayswater and Queensway tubes. Only down side was having to remake my bed every time I got out of it, get some fitted sheets… overall good but I have booked another hotel subsequently because of this

The mattress in our room was all over the place - loads of huge lumps and craters basically, I really don't know what had happened to it. Other than that the room was small, but quiet (no noise from the street) and for the location and the price, really can't complain.

Zou hier niet heengaan. Kamers waren niet heel schoon en in de badkamer waren heel veel schimmel plekken.

スタッフの対応は良かった。冷蔵庫が無いなど、設備に関しては料金を考慮すると納得するが、清潔さが全く足りない。ベッドはふにゃふにゃ、シーツも汚い。日本人の求めるレベルにには厳しいかな。次はない。

Room is really small no wardrobe to put your clothes and the shower is way too small. Staff are great and friendly and the location is great.
