房间宽敞，设施齐全，步行即可到达新大阪购物中心，附近还有全家便利店。物超所值！

房间非常干净舒适，距离大阪站只有5分钟步行路程。

Menyenangkan. Hotelnya besar untuk 4 orang

I travelled with friends and stayed at minn shin-osaka. Location is close to the shin-osaka station, but you need to cross the street using pedestrian bridge, so if you have large baggage it's an extra effort.

Good location, but the service is bad. No one in the front desk, check in via skype in the lobby hotel which is not smooth. No one cleaning the room.

Very nice & clean place, we would love to stay again here.

Saya menginap dari tgl 20-24 April. Tetapi kamar tidak dibersihkan sama sekali. Handuk juga tidak pernah diganti. Cukup sekali nginap di sini.

Saya menginap selama 4 malam sebanyak 3 kamar dan selama 4 malam itu kamar kami tidak di bersihkan. Saya tanya ke petugas hotel dia jawab bahwa merrka telah mengemail saya mengenai masalah ini. Dan jika saya ingin dibersihkan kamarnya akan kena biaya 4000 yen per kamar per malam. Saya sarankan jangan menginap di hotel lebih dari 1 malam.

Good location, just across the street from shin osaka station. Old hotel but everything work well.
