The location of the hotel is indeed very convenient and central, making it easy to access many attractions, restaurants, and transport options in the city. However, one major issue during my stay was the noise level at night. There is a pub located very close to the hotel, and the noise from people talking, laughing, and leaving the venue continued well past midnight. Another concern relates to the design of the washroom area in the room. It does not have a proper door separating it from the outside-facing window area. Although a curtain is provided, it does not fully block visibility. Because the neighbouring building is very close, people from that building can see directly into the washroom area, which creates a clear privacy issue.

They provided a small bottle of water only for 4 nights stay! One of the front desk staff was not polite enough!

Near by metro opera, 5 mins walk to istana. Front desk is perfecting

Hotel moderno, personal muy amable. A dos cuadras de Palacio Real, frente a la ópera. Si quieres estar en el centro de Madrid, esta es una buena opción para no estar entre gentío, tabernas, borrachos, pero al mismo tiempo a pasos del mercado san Miguel, la gran vía, etc. Bonito.

Had a great stay at this hotel, will love to come back. Great location and staff.

Como siempre espectacular, muy bue. Hotel, céntrico y habitaciones muy cómodas y muchos servicios. El desayuno caro, es la única pega. Una pequeña revisión no estaria mal.

First, you can’t beat the location a block from the Royal Palace, in front of of the National Tgeatre and with a Metro stop and taxi stand literally in front of the hotel! Staff is wonderful, food excellent and the laundry service absolutely perfect!

Location, location, location. This could not get better. We loved that. Right in the heart of everything you would want to be. Unfortunately, the staff is was not friendly. Just very matter-of-fact but not welcoming or friendly. We had a not so nice interaction in the Mar Mia restaurant in the hotel. We had been traveling all day and not eaten anything. So by 5pm when we arrived we were staving. We asked at check in about eating. They recommended their restaurant. We dropped our bags and went right over. The restaurant had a few people having drinks. We asked if we could order food. The manager literally laughed in our faces. You want food now? It’s not dinner time! We considered and should have just got up and walked out. We found out this is the norm for the restaurant. Same snotty treatment next morning at breakfast. That was definitely the feel of this place. They are bothered to have to see you and take your money. So take your money elsewhere is my recommendation!

The hotel has a central location, easy to go to the nearest metro, train, etc. It is a boutique hotel with ergonomic rooms design, compact and efficient space usage with essentials tucked away from sight (the toilett was separated from the shower) No luggage bench, no table, but there is a wall table that was folded up. It left many to wish for.

Hôtel propre, moderne et très bien placé. La chambre était en revanche un peu petite.

Excellent location nice staff but the room is too small, crappy, n disorganized, w TV as bed footboard.

The breakfast was disappointing. The space was cramped and the variety of breakfast items was below the standard of this class of restaurant. The omelette we ordered was the worst we have had; it was marginally warm and undercooked and the fillings were cold. We had breakfast on our first day but never again
