Close to the town in Helsinki

在此間飯店待了整整一個月，可能是因為正值夏季，房間從下午開始就非常悶熱，或許房間是西曬的關係吧？幸好跟櫃檯借了電風扇才稍稍緩解一些⋯⋯ 櫃檯小姐們都很友善也很幫忙解答問題，感謝所有unity的工作人員。

Good staff, wonderful environment, nice breakfast

Considering all the amenities it's a really good value. Gym, laundry, working space are all inside the building. There is a sauna and bar as well. Weekly room cleaning. 24 hour grocery store near by.

トラムの駅も近く、また周辺にもレビューの高いカフェなどもあり長期滞在するにもとても良い立地だった。 また、施設も使いやすくコインランドリーも使え、その他にも宿泊者が利用できるサービスも多く良かった。 屋上サウナのロッカーの設定が難しかったこと、また利用者が他国の人も多いと思うため利用の簡単な説明があると良かった。 長期滞在時のクリーニングについて、他の方も書いていたように7日間ごとはかなり厳しく、せめて5日間ごとだとまだ許容できた。 また、ゴミの回収は廊下に置いて回収はいつでもできるなどあればまだ快適さは違ったと思う。 フロントに言えばクリーニングも追加料金でできたりタオルの交換、ゴミ回収もできたようだが、したらかもあるので少しシステマチックにしてあると助かる印象。 とは言え、金額的に立地や広さを考えると総じてとても良いホテルで、ぜひまた利用したいと思った。

Aamiainen vaatimaton, mutta riittävä. Ajat jolloin tarjolla epäselviä ja kerättiin ajoissa pois.

Ihana näköala ja mahtava parvi lasi seinällä joten maisemat kohdallaan myös sängystä. Suihkussa itse suihkupää vuoti liitoskohdasta, eikä suihku pysynyt paikoillaan. Muuten mahtava! 4.5/5

Ótima localização e hospedagem. Infraestrutura da academia e sauna ótimas também. Recomendo.

Clean cozy room , mediocre breakfast

The reception staff had clear communication and checked into the room when available. They stored the luggage as I arrived early and when checking out. Room is very well furnished and mordern setup with lightning, decorations and fully equipped kitchen and large windows. The room orientation is vertical and the bed is accessible by climbing a set of stairs. The location is good next to port to take the ferry to Tallinn and there is tram running every 10 mins to take to downtown and other places. There are groceery stores 5 min walking distance if anything is needed

Good value stay at the heart of Helsinki. This important information should have been communicated clearly when I made the reservation, or at the very least on the hotel’s website. I would have brought my swimsuit and definitely used the sauna! There is also a rooftop sauna that you may use with the price of any room: It will be open on: Mon / Wed / Fri / Sun: Mixed 16:30-17:30 (bathing suit mandatory) Women 18-20 Men 20:30-22:30 Tue / Thu / Sat: Mixed 16:30-17:30 (bathing suit mandatory) Men 18-20 Women 20:30-22:30

L’endroit était parfait. Le duplex charmant, propre, agréable. Un bonheur. Le plus a été l’accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de Daria, ses conseils sur la ville et quoi faire. Un réel plaisir de séjourner à Helsinki dans cet endroit.

客房乾淨，內裝簡單舒適，需要自己帶一雙室內拖鞋。餐具都很齊全，有兩包小包裝的鹽、胡椒，如果需要油或其他調味料需要自己準備。我住了四個晚上，有提供一顆洗碗機清潔錠。 唯一讓我覺得稍微麻煩的是可能我身高較矮（157cm）廁所淋浴間的感應燈會在我洗澡洗到一半時突然按掉，需要把手伸高揮手才會再次亮燈。 除此之外都感到滿意！
