Definitely the worst experience I ever had. A strong moldy smell in the room. They didn’t provide shampoo or body wash. You have to go to the frontdesk to get a hairdryer. No room cleaning, no towel changes, no fresh sheets during 5 days I stayed there. A/C is extremely noisy. One thing is extremely rude and ridiculous is that a lady called me half a day after I have checked out, accusing me of taking others cards. At first I thought she was talking about the entry cards of the room. I confirmed it with her and explained that I have left them to the front desk when I left. Suddenly she got very rude and insisted I had stolen others cards (still I don’t know what cards she was talking about, credit cards?) and threatened to call the police. Come on pls check your security cameras. And don’t false accuse your guest without any proof!

Safe place

New, clean, reasonable price. Stuff is nice. Only concern is AC unit is little loud on and off since no central AC. Would love to recommend to friend and live in again.

Property was near a construction zone which was happening at night. Beds were not mattresses but box springs. Flat pillows. Had kitchenette bit no pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. They gave us one key to the room because they ran out. Not worth the price. Thankfully we stayed only one night

The key card system was down the staff had to open the door for us and any other time we need to access the room.

Ok for 1 night. Upon check in was told key system was working so the worker had to walk each guest and key them into their room. It was difficult coming and going as the outside doors were locked. Bare minimum in the room. With a family of 4 in 2 queen room we were only given 2 towels and 4 small pillows total. You have to request soaps as well. When we asked for more the pillows and towels the pillows never made it and we were given 1 large towel and 1 bath mat/ small towel we had a good laugh about. Space was clean and we appreciated the large fridge and freezer and price was reasonable.

I had a one night stay here. Very clean and peaceful! I would definitely stay here again!

It was surprising to learn that they DO NOT CLEAN your room AT ALL. Beds were not comfortable. One staff member was rude. Location of hotel is very good . Other than that I would have rented an Airbnb instead

Everything was perfect at the hotel for exception of the shower head in the bathroom which does work well.

⸻ My stay at WoodSpring Suites Orlando I-4 & Convention Center was comfortable and convenient. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was great—close to the convention center and major attractions. It’s a solid option for a no-frills, extended stay. Would stay again!

The property was on a route with construction so it was hard to get to. Received no room service for the four days I was there. When calling the front desk to ask for fresh towels? I was advised that they were not an extended stay, they don't do room service, and I would need to come get my own towels and bring the soiled laundry down with me.
