Clean Room, Friendly Staff

It is close to Osmeña Circle and right next to CFO.

Good accommodation

The shower in the room did not work so 4 people staying were unable to take a shower. Very dissapointing.

Close to the cfo siminar. Friendly staff and guard.

Aircon was not properly working . room has a smell and bathroom are dirty.

Mein Flug hatte Verspätung. Daraufhin wurde mein Zimmer storniert. Auch wurde versucht, von meiner Kreditkarte Geld abzubuchen, obwohl ich noch nicht einmal im Hotel war.

Basic hotel with toiletries you need during your stay. But hoping for a cleaner bathroom with hot and cold shower. Staff are all polite.

Staff was nice and helpful

Just within the heart of the cebu city, the location is perfect. As to cleanliness, yes it is clean. The fixtures in the toilet needs to be properly maintained, clogged foordrain, detached toilet seat, damaged toilet paper holder. All staff are accomodating.

This hotel had a very tired look with no apparent recent maintenance. The aircon was noisy and we got very little sleep. The location was good and the staff friendly. We will not be staying there again.

The hotel staff are very accomodating. The room was smaller that expected, specially the comfort room but as a budget hotel, it was great. Location was the best.

Check-in was smooth, both the receptionist and guard were friendly and accommodating. I can leave my key with them without worries and my guests were comfortable visiting me since the crew were very much okay with it. I was given tips by the guard after my jog as to where I should go and what time is best to start next time, even though I’m familiar with the place. Check out was quick and I was serviced until then. The guard helped me load my luggage in my kuya’s car while he was able to park right in front of the place. Overall stay is great! Btw, I came back to Cebu to finish my application to attend post-graduate school. Wish me luck, Palladium Suites! Bless your business!
