Bad reception and service, poor coordination between online agent and hotel so the room I booked was not available and they wanted to charge me for a different room. Room is full of cockroach and the receptionist did not help!

Very very bad hotel. Dirty room with many small cockroaches on my bed. Couldn't flush the toilet. Rest room was not clean also. The whole hotel from rooms to hall was very smelly. Nightmare for my family.
