舒适的氛围。价格实惠的在线预订，友好的工作人员。退房时我落了东西，工作人员帮我找到了寄回的办法。氛围/设施：下午到晚上都很舒适，早上8点开始苍蝇很多。餐饮：提供多种餐饮选择，由一位厨师掌勺，食物美味可口，厨师友善健谈，服务周到。工作人员协助：帮忙把东西搬到房间。亮点：下午的氛围非常舒适，可以在房间前的热水浴缸里泡澡。价格：物有所值。位置：入口在一条不太好进的小巷里，两辆车来回都比较拥挤。

员工非常友善，环境干净又舒适。下次我会带家人来这里住。🥰

很遗憾，我对这家住宿的体验极其失望。房间里苍蝇很多，而且酒店似乎没有采取足够的措施来解决这个问题。房间也很脏，垃圾很多，浴室也没有彻底清洁。 整体的清洁和卫生状况远低于可接受的标准。鉴于这些情况，我决定放弃已经预订的房间，另寻住处。 这是一次非常不愉快的经历，我希望酒店管理层能够认真对待这些问题，并改善酒店的清洁、卫生和整体维护状况。

美丽的地方，风景优美。 我和我的家人在塞加拉营地度过了愉快的时光。一定会再来这里。

游览金塔马尼的最佳住宿

有很多苍蝇，不错的地方。

工作人员很友好，景色优美，非常舒适。如果我再次去巴厘岛，特别是金塔马尼，我一定会回到 Segara Camp。 只是隔音效果不够好，半夜左右房间聊天的话都能听见。

这个地方很独特，感觉就像真正的露营，不用担心食物，因为营地别墅附近有一个小餐馆，周围干净绿意盎然，景色令人惊叹，空气清新凉爽，按摩浴缸非常棒，令人神清气爽。

金塔马尼地区最好的度假胜地之一，这是我们第二次来这里 只是在园艺季节早上和下午有很多苍蝇，否则建议一切顺利。

Sebenarnya tempatnya ok, cuma banyak lalat, harusnya ada dipasang lampu anti serangga kaya di kitchen2 resto biar minimal gak masuk room lalatnya. Saya kesana ilalang nya panjang, cm untung fo nya sadar sblm komplain rumput nya langsung dipotong. Buat pegawai cowo resto nya mungkin perlu dibina lagi ya, cuma ditanya ada lap karena kursi basah aja dia langsung jawab dia bukan petugas fo , hubungin petugas fo nya aja , karena dia orang dari resto dan berbeda, ya meski berbeda tapi kan dalam satu fasilitas, masih bagus dia jawab iya nanti saya bantu petugas fo datang ke sini buat bawakan lap, ya kali kita harus turun ke bawah buat hub fo minta kain lap. Sama pijakan dibawah kamar mandi perlu dikasih batu2 biar gk liat kalo pake sendal swallow/karet. Trs kipas angin kecil dan brankas sich harusnya ada ya. Thank you

banyak lalat dikamar, mungkin bisa ditambahkan alat pengusir lalat atau di tambahkan penutup tempat tidur biar malam jg tdk terganggu lalat. tlng bisa di improve untuk masalah lalat supaya tdk terganggu kenyamanan tidur.

Bersih cuman kesana pas lagi musim lalat jadi banyak bgt lalat tidak nyaman, untuk tempat bagus dan nyaman view dapet semua minus lalat aja

Secara view sih oke banget, berendam air panas dengan view danau, yang disayangkan lalatnya banyak banget, bikin gak nyaman untuk nongkrong di depan kamar, dan untuk makanan ada di dekat glamping, tapi disarankan bawa makanan dan jajanan dari luar, karena grabfood tidak terakses

Staf pengelola kurang responsif, saat kami menginap dan mandi pagi tiba-tiba air mati. Kami hubungi staf dan katanya tandon air kering. Kami menunggu selama lebih dari 1 jam dan air tetap tidak hidup di shower kamar mandi. Alhasil kami melanjutkan mandi dengan air botol:) jujur, untuk ukuran penginapan dengan view sebagus dan fasilitas sekeren itu sangat disayangkan hal seperti ini terjadi, seolah pengelola tidak care sampai-sampai air (hal esensial di hidup kita) bisa habis di tandon. Dan butuh waktu yang sangat lama untuk memperbaiki trouble seperti ini. Mohon atensi dari owner semoga segera berbenah. Di atas semua itu, penanganan lalat juga harus menjadi perhatian. Tidak recommended bagi yang tidak nyaman dengan keberadaan banyak lalat.

View hotel sangat bagus tapi tidak cocok untuk family staycation kalau ambil kamar standar, karena toilet di luar

I had probably what as the worst experience in a hotel in my life. It started when I arrived there with my mom for a hiking to Mount Batur on next morning. The first thing that got our attention was the fact that the bathroom was not private. And got a bit worst when I realized that the hotel has around 20 of the glamping but only to toilets and 3 showers for the hotel amount of guests. After that we realized a big group was arriving and already starting to play loud music and karaoke. Our hiking was going to start at 3:30 AM so I asked the staff about because we got suspicious of they having a party there and they told me was just friends and they gonna stop later. Went for dinner and 8:30 PM we came back but the music was still there. So I asked when was going to stop cause we need to sleep as early as possible and they answered that was going until 10 PM. Even though was super Ann to have non stop music and chatting close to the tent, there was non stop flux of people coming and going from the bathroom. It was kind of like a party's bathroom but I was sleeping right next to it and what separates us was just a layer of cloth, so felt like people were in my room. At 10 pm I went to the reception and asked them to talk with guests and stop the party. One guy said he was going immediately there to do that. Then the music stopped for like 10 minutes and started again. Before 11 pm I tried again to talk with staff but they're not there. So after a while the receptionist came from the party area (can't say if she joined them) and I asked once again to stop the music cause in around 4 hours I needed to wake up. She went back there but nothing changed. So I gave up and just tried to sleep and eventually around 1 AM the music stopped for good and I could rest for 2 hours before wake up for the hiking. On my way back to the hotel they offered me breakfast and I answered saying I wanted to sleep cause couldn't rest because of the party.
