我和我丈夫衷心感谢酒店团队的热情款待。我们非常享受4月12日至15日的住宿，整个过程都非常愉快。 我们由衷感谢你们的悉心照料和周到服务，期待下次再次入住。 虽然我们没机会品尝酒店的早餐，但晚餐非常美味。二楼餐厅的氛围宁静祥和，服务人员也十分周到——在我们户外用餐时，他们贴心地为我们提供了台灯。晚餐仿佛置身于烛光晚餐，让我们的二周年结婚纪念日庆祝活动更加特别。 再次感谢你们让我们拥有如此难忘的住宿体验。这是我们一起庆祝第一个泼水节的完美方式。 😊 位置：距离BTS轻轨站步行7-10分钟（天气有点热，不想下车，所以只能见缝插针地进去）。 晚上有点太安静了，我们住的地方商店不多（可能只有几家餐馆），最近的7-11便利店在BTS轻轨站附近。

我在卡拉罗姆酒店度过了愉快的时光。地理位置非常便利，房间干净舒适，工作人员彬彬有礼且乐于助人。早餐美味可口，选择丰富，整体而言，酒店氛围轻松舒适。我推荐这家酒店作为短途旅行的住宿选择👍

酒店不错，但是淋浴很冷。

Phòng sạch, thoải mái. Từ phòng, nơi giặt, quầy bar, nhân viên đều tốt. Cách bts Thonglo khoảng 500m, đi bộ khoảng 5-7p là tới nơi. Điểm trừ với mình là phòng cách âm hơi kém. Phòng bên cạnh có trẻ con hét và nc, dù nghe không rõ nhưng vẫn nghe âm thanh từ phòng khác. Nệm khá mềm nên ngủ không thoải mái, mình thích nệm cứng hơn chút cho không bị đau lưng. Lần sau nếu săn được giá tốt sẽ quay lại đây

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, fluent in English. They provided us a cup of drink and snack while we are there. Staff gave us a BTS map and information around here, BTS Thong Lor is just a 7-10 min walk away depends on your pace. We are able to store our luggage in lobby before check in time which is very convenient for us. Hands free heading out for food hunting! There was a plate of complimentary fruits in our room fridge! The breakfast was really great, there are so many choices such as big breakfast, salad, yogurt, fruits, pastry, porridge, etc. The only cons is poor sound insulation, I can hear my sister talking from my room haha! Maybe wear earplugs if you are planning to stay here. Had a great time while staying here, I'm definitely coming back here.

Staffs friendly. So happy that there is a small kitchen in the room, and jasmine tree beside the balcony. I was glad to join the small new year party on the rooftop. Great experience for me.

This is a great first-class hotel. It has a very good overall design plan, including the check-in hall and the restaurant. The breakfast is also very rich. The service staff is speechless, especially the trainee lady. I am very satisfied with the service. Dinner I ate there for three consecutive days and got a very good CP value. The food was delicious and affordable. It was really great!

The room's clean, service are good, foods are delicious, the coffee's great, and the bed is comfortable. The price is a bit pricey.

Everything is great: the staffs are super friendly, the hotel is pretty, the price is reasonable. We have a wonderful time in here. Thank you so much 💙.

The room design is so cozy and make us feel like home. All facilities are functional. Staffs took care us with super duper nice services. Breakfast was great! And dinner at Mareeji was yummy! I'll surely book this hotel again for my next trip in Bangkok.

Khách sạn mới xây nên sạch sẽ thơm tho cực kì, nhân viên nhiệt tình lắm luôn. Dưới quầy lễ tân là quán cafe sống ảo siêu xinh. Nhược điểm duy nhất là hơi xa BTS cách tầm 500m nên lúc nào đi chơi về đi bộ vào thì hơi mệt. Tuy nhiên vẫn đáng để trải nghiệm ạ.
