This hotel was perfect after a busy day in Lugano and to get us ready for Foroglio the next day. It's a quiet hotel in a quiet area. On the way there, Tindara was able to generate us some Ticino digital travel passes which were very useful for the region. Also I arrived with a cone reserving a parking space for me to charge my EV (pay with app). The breakfast was nice and the room was good with high ceilings. It was a short 8min walk down to the Lake front for dinner.

Freshly renovated and spacious enough for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. There was only one small window up high.

Property and location were amazing! Proximity to train station, dining and downtown were also fantastic. Had a bit of an issue with the AC unit, but staff was very accommodating and worked diligently to address! We will be back!

Beautiful boutique hotel a few steps from the harbor and across the street from the bus and train station, and just a short stroll from the city center. The staff was wonderful during check-in and during breakfast service. The property is modern, super clean, our room and bathroom very comfortable. We signed up for breakfast for €15. Great cappuccinos, eggs, fruit juices, yogurts, fresh fruits and croissants. Simple but everything was fresh and good quality. Parking is also €15 per day and well worth it. You won’t be needing a car to go around town. Highly recommended.

This is a new property. The location - just above the train station and about seven minutes from the lake and the city centre - was exceptionally good. The room was clean and bright - very modern, with USB outlets everywhere and a modem in the room itself. The bathroom was wonderful, with a large rain shower and spacious walk-in shower area. The price was quite reasonable. Overall, a great experience.

sehr freundlich, Lage perfekt, kommen gerne wieder

Ein wunderbares kleines Stadthotel in zentraler Lage geführt von wunderbaren, warmherzigen Menschen, welche sich so gut um ihre Gäste kümmern. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist übersichtlich aber trotzdem komplett ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hotel muito bem localizado facilmente acessível a pé a partir da estação de trem. Fica a uns 400 metros do lago da cidade. O centro fica um pouco mais longe, mas também acessível a pé. O café da manhã era um pouco pobre, porém não chegou a comprometer. O quarto era um pouco pequeno, mas também não comprometeu. Possui cofre e geladeira, o que ajudou bastante. O horário do check-in é um pouco restrito, então tivemos que deixar as malas e voltar 1 hora depois. Achamos isso um pouco estranho, mas também não comprometeu.

Wir waren für ein Kurztripp da, mit 3 Kindern (2 Kleinkinder). Das Personal ist sehr nett und kinderfreundlich. Die Suite geht tiptop mit 5 Personen und war sehr, sehr sauber! Super Ausrüstung der Suite, auch für länger. Tolles Bad. Beim nächsten Besuch von Locarno buchen wir auf jeden Fall wieder in der Villa Rossella.

Tolles kleines persönliches Hotel. Zentral beim Bahnhof. Top Zustand. Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Nur wenige Parkiermöglichkeiten (kostenpflichtig: 15 chf/Tag), aber in der Nähe günstige Alternative (14 Chf/ Tag).

Dies war mein vierter oder fünfter Aufenthalt und ich komme immer wieder gerne zurück, Preis und Leistung stimmen für mich

It's a very nice hotel. Beautiful and clean room with enough space. Breakfast for 20.- was a little bit expensive, but very good and with some products of the region Tessin. There is a lot of traffic around the hotel, so - for me - it's a great place for colder days (when you can keep closed the windows). Staff was very friendly and helpful :-)
