Hot water lacking in bathroom

They didn't have enough beach towels. Every time we went early to get some they didn't have any. We were told the rooms were at full capacity. Okay... they didn't come to our room with clean towels when we asked them to. Twice.

Me encanta esta localidad. Las hbiitaciones con ocean view son espectaculares. El cuarto 34, es cozy con ivean view y balcon. Nos fascina esa habitacion, pequeña pero acogedora.

The place is perfect for a family vacation. I went with four children, and they loved the beach access and the view. We walked to Jobos Beach, and there are several places to eat nearby.

My go to place in Rincon!

I was very excited to stay here for my birthday trip to Puerto Rico, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing from the moment I checked in. The bathtub in my original room was clogged and unusable. Staff attempted to fix the issue, but the room was left with an unpleasant odor afterward. I was then moved to two different rooms, which made for a frustrating start to my vacation. When I finally settled into another room and attempted to take a shower, there was no hot water. While the staff was polite and tried to address the issues, the repeated room changes and maintenance problems significantly impacted my stay. The property did not meet the expectations set by the listing, and I ultimately decided not to continue my stay. I hope management addresses these concerns, as the location has potential. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

Pros- beach right outside the door, staff amazing, perfect location. Cons-Broken tile, mold in bathrooms, ripped curtains, door lock very inconvenient behind the handle.

We stayed for one night. We enjoyed the beach view and the staff was very helpful.
