The hotel is a bit dated in the rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always good and plentiful. Cleaning was poor, never vacuumed in five days, tables were left dirty, sheets never changed. Also there was mold on the window sills and my allergies acted up. A bit pricey for this level of room.

Loved my stay at the Falcon. Staff were friendly and you can tell they are working really hard to make the property a standout for guests. Highly recommend this when visiting Painswick.

The room was spacious and clean. Really good amenities with cooked breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back here in the future.

Lovely place to stay. Lots of parking, super friendly staff, great food and lovely room. High recommend.

Room was not hooverd in 4 days, bathroom soooo dirty. Whole hotel stinks of bad drains. Sunday roast cold hard and unable to eat. Staff very unfriendly. Rooms tiny and in need of decorating.....would never return.

The room was tidy but it was freezing when I first arrived and it took a while to heat up so not a nice cosy warm welcome on a wet November evening. It was only room and no food so I didn’t have a lot of interaction with the staff. In the morning I had to leave early so there weren’t clear instructions on how to check out and no staff were around so I just left my key on the counter. Room was clean and cosy when it did finally warm up.

Bedroom fine and comfortable and good bathroom. Bar and restaurant not so good with grubby tables and dirty floors. Also parts of restaurant so gloomy it was very difficult to read the menu. But, service very good and food excellent. Just the decor needs attention.

Great stay along the Cotswold Way. Good room warm and comfy good food and wine.
