No air conditioner, a bit noise, and not close to city center. But environment is good, room is over all not bad.

Nice place ,green and great outdoor

Really poor WiFi, room was dirty, the backboard had oily marks on and the wallpaper was coming off, there is no ac in the room but just a really dusty old fan, I would not recommend anyone to stay here, luckily I was only there for one night.

There were older established buildings and lots of nature about - rabbits etc. a lovely quiet space

Not the best! This hotel is just tired and in need if a good refurbish or failing that a really deep clean. Not terribly comfortable, not well laid out, just tired...

Nice rooms, clean and tidy, would probably prefer hard floors over carpet though. Breakfast was really good with a range of options for all. Would be good to tell guests in advance about the lifts not working as it is quite a trek to some of the rooms so some people might struggle and need help with bags etc.

Basically a convention center there is easy parking large rooms and the buffet breakfast was very good.

Great staff, good food and convenient location. The building itself was a little bit tired in places, but this didn’t deflect our enjoyment.

Just a fantastic chilled place to stay for the weekend

A clean room, comfortable bed and a rather nice view out the window. Plenty of parking and easy access. The staff were pleasant and easy to interact with. Will stay here again.

We stayed for one night before an exhibition at Stoneleigh Park. It was really convenient for that venue. The room was comfortable, breakfast was amazing -and for £11 you got fruit, yogurt, cereals, pastries, and then the full cooked breakfast buffet. The food was fresh, well presented and lots of choice. I did notice a gluten free breakfast bar too. We ate in the evening - not a massive choice on the menu, but we found something we liked. The only downside for us was that the room was hot, but that might be perfect for others. Parking was easy, lovely grounds to walk round and lots of smaller, nook like areas to spend time in. We did not try the gym or other facilities as we arrived late and left early. Would come back again.

Fantastic breakfast selection, parking was great, reception staff okay, bar staff could've mentioned to us that it was closing whilst we played pool as staff came and asked us if we wanted another drink, however we hadn't finished but didn't mention closing!

Amazing hotel and good price for food was lovely staff members

Everything about my stay was perfect except... It’s my second time staying here so I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but the shower head again had pink mould :(
