Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but delicious. Overall a great experience!

All staffs are amazing friendly!

*no kitchen *no fridge *no safe *no padlocks (neither free or for rent) *room easily accessable from outside through balcony (women's rooms side) *terribly loud and squeecky bunkbeds *no curtains for beds *you can hear everything from the rooms around and people are not quiet (and staff does not care) *often noone present at the 24h reception - good luck checking out *noone replies to messages through email or expedia *bathrooms never cleaned besides the rubbish being taken out *trash not taken out of the bin in the room *staff clearly not wanting to be there *they take your credit card number in case you "disrespect" your bed *lousy breakfast but they decorated the dining area with 3 nice useless vases Go somewhere else if you can

My only gripe was that we had to leave very early in the morning to catch a flight and there wasn’t anywhere to drop off our room key. I left it in the room with the door unlocked. That said, everything else was terrific! Good proximity for walking to restaurants. We felt very safe and the area was quiet enough…With our windows open (the air con was off) we could hear a lot of community noise, but it died down nicely. Breakfast was good wnough to get us out the door.

beds weren't the most comfortable ever but expected for a hostel at this price. overall good experience; nice garden area and staff were fine

very overpriced for what it was. The accommodations were the bare minimum. This is a place for “affordable” travelling and yet you don’t have access to a kitchen to make your own food. It was extremely noisy - there was a group of soccer boys running around everywhere and yelling at 10 pm at night. Would not return due to it being overpriced for very mediocre accommodations.

Spent one night for a long layover, city is right outside the door, room was clean and quiet. Big bathroom and shower rooms.

This is a lovely little youth hostel. It’s YHA so it’s a bit more rigorous with rules than other local hostels, but it attracts a more well behaved clientele. Street noise was a bit of a problem, and the doors make a lot of noise when your roommates are coming in at late hours of the night (a manual turn-key must be used). Also, there is no A/C in the rooms, and the beds were quite sagging. Breakfast was generous for a hostel. It was a fair price for an overall above average property.

Pousada de Juventude com muito boas condições. Instalações recentes, bem preservadas. Higiene e limpeza asseguradas. Pequeno-almoço ajustado. Staff simpático. Gostei muito!

really pleasent staff and excellent location. Nice room and breakfast too so all in all very happy and would recommend to friends no problem.

Overall the Hostal is in poor condition: bathrooms: lack of cleanness and some reparations are required. The rooms: walls need to be painted, lockers in bad conditions, lack of electrical outlets. Only WIFI in the reception and living room. If you stay there more that three day, you will have the same breakfast... no many options. The staff is welcoming and try to help you with all you need.

Basique et cher. Très bruyant. Pas de douche seulement des lavabos. Petit déjeuner très basique.

... vom Frühstück sollte man allerdings die Finger lassen, nicht nur, dass das Angebot extrem mager war, ich musste auch sehr lange suchen eine halbwegs "saubere" Tasse zu finden.

Nice bed. Toilets and showers were good and clean. Nice staff.
