The hotel was very clean, nice size rooms and the staff were exceptionally helpful. My room was also equipped with everything I needed for cooking. The staff greeted and offered assistance at every interaction. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the main transit hub. I will definitely stay here again.

The kitchenette is a nice value. However, they don't give a dish soap.

This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the cruise port and many other amenities. The train and tram stations are within 1 block of the hotel. If you don't speak French be prepared to use a translator, the staff mainly speaks French. The laundry room is great bonus amenity.

Great stay and helpful staff!

Perfect little hotel with room right near the railway station and 15 minute walk to ferry terminal and 5 minutes Uber to cruise port ( which is awful). Hotel is clean warm comfortable and near to shops and restaurants

We love our stay for a week in this hotel. The room is spacious and the separate bedroom provides privacy. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen amenities are convenient. We love it so much and plan to stay at this hotel again when we return to Le Havre.

Nice, quiet and new place. I loved the view from higher floor.

Close to the train station

staff was friendly when my booking was confirmed for a regular room but the system didn’t update so they gave me another room no problem … close to train station and the docks for dining and shopping the coffee/teas are a nice touch

I stayed for two nights in a pleasant, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment with a nice view. Great location near railway station and bus terminal, docklands and marina, sea, and shops, with the main sights within walking distance. Laundry facilities on the ground floor. Responsive staff. This was a good choice!

Very updated hotel at an excellent price, so outstanding value. Didn't have the breakfast. Inside hotel basic, but very clean. Outside not so much. Alot of construction and area quite dirty. Location 100 meters from the Le Havre train station was the reason i booked this hotel. 4 stars was a stretch, but service, location and price was definitely a plus over 3 stars down the street. I would stay again if needing a train.

C'était la deuxième que vous venions dans cet hôtel. La première fois, il y a deux ans, cela s'était super bien passé. Pour cette fois, ce n'était pas pareil. Nous avons certes été très bien accueilli vendredi soir, nous avons reçu les clés pour une première chambre, mais une fois dans celle-ci, nous nous sommes rendus compte de plusieurs choses en installant nos affaires : il n'y avait plus de gobelets dans la salle de bain, pour se laver les dents, comme c'était le cas autrefois ; ensuite, il y a une cuisine avec évier ou lave-vaisselle mais il faut maintenant réclamer des kit vaisselle à l'accueil, avant il y avait éponge/liquide/torchon mis à disposition. Ce ne sont que des détails évidemment. Or, au bout de 10 min d'utilisation de la télévision, celle-ci est tombée en panne sans raison. Donc nous avons été voir l'accueil et la dame nous a très gentiment changé de chambre. Une fois dans l'autre, c'était les éclairages de chaque côté du lit qui n'allaient pas, nous n'avions que la grande lumière qui fonctionnait. Enfin, nous avons constaté une chose dans les deux chambres : dans les salles de bains, le savon à mains et le gel douche/shampoing sont inversés, l'un se trouve à côté du lavabo au lieu d'être dans la douche et l'autre dans la douche au lieu d'être à côté du lavabo. Sans compter que l'hôtel ne possède pas de parking attenant, ou même d'arrêt minute, c'est donc compliqué de se trouver une place aux alentours ou sinon c'est le parking de la gare.

Un hôtel neuf qui vieilli mal ! Rien à signaler sur le personnel mais j’ai l’impression que cet hôtel est mal entretenu ? L’interrupteur du logement était tout collant, la plaque de cuisson n’était pas nettoyée, la porte de la salle de bain était maculée de taches, les toilettes étaient totalement entartrées, la literie sentait la sueur… Bref une vraie déception pour ma 4e visite dans cet hôtel ! Je ne sais pas si je reviendrai. J’ai l’impression qu’il n’y a aucun contrôle sur le nettoyage ? Il est encore temps de réagir, inversez la tendance !
