Everything went well

First off, we had to wait past 4 pm for our second room we reserved months ago. Then both the fitted sheet and the duvet cover were stained. Stained linens should be retired. The complimentary breakfast was subpar. Worst hotel breakfast I’ve EVER had! My one and only compliment… Our rooms overlooked the horse track and we watched the horses be exercised when we woke up! That was great!

Rude check in, no eating, drinking on property

The bed was broken down, needs to be replaced. Still slept ok.

The breakfast was the worst I have ever had at a hotel that I paid this much money for. Would not recommend it to anyone!

Excellent stay

I could not comment on breakfast since we didnt eat. Great stay and was very clean.

Dated, uncomfortable mattress

Hotel smelled pleasant upon entry. Room was pleasant floors could’ve been vacuumed better. Love the shuttle service. Morning staff and night staff were AWESOME! Evening shift staff seemed ok just rushed guests checking and provided no information about shuttles breakfast etc overall would stay again if price was right. But there are cheaper options in the circle providing same services.

No microwaves in rooms... Big inconvenience

The hotel staff was very accommodating to all our needs..the place was very clean..the staff very friendly..and I liked that they offered shuttle service back and forth from the casino..

Overall ok facility, overwhelming commercial glue or other smell pervasive. Water temperature is tepid, don’t put garbage bags in cans and Direct Tv spotty. Staff was absolutely wonderful! Mostly filled with construction workers as guests. Price was very reasonable

Snuck away for a girls weekend. Saw Dean Z perform at Charlestown Casino & it was awesome! 3rd time here to see him. The room was great! Clean & comfortable. The only thing was the bathroom did nothave an exhaust fan & the room was very dry. Other than that it was great!

The Inn at charlestown was amazing from the staff, the room especially the bed. Me and my mom had a very relaxing time while celebrating my birthday on Dec 25th. The only issue i had was walkiing through secondhand smoke in order to reach the non-smoking section in the back of the casino (that still carried the smell), other than that i had a good time at the casino.

On your site, I ordered a handicapped accessible room.. check the hotel we expected the room we ordered. Lucky we asked as the lady handed us the key to a standard room. Unfortunately, this is not the 1st time this has happened, but this time we lucked out. The lady switched us to what we ordered. No help from Hotels.com, at this point in time we are throughly discussed with your site ability to guarantee what is ordered. Hotels.com sucks and we are not recommending anymore to anyone.
