This place was the absolute hands down worst and filthiest place I’ve ever step foot on. Walking into the room was such an oppressive sensation that is hard to describe. It felt like sad and lonely to the point where upon examining the state of the actual guest room, and its levels of cleanliness, safety, and overall hygiene, we decided to book a completely separate accommodation for the evening as we were scared to even step foot back on the property itself. Also, the one staff member who was working was absolutely horrendous and incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. :( I wouldn’t let even the 21 year old version of myself stay at this property. I’m embarrassed and ashamed for them. Do yourself a favor, do not allow this place to be associated with Expedia whatsoever, and never encourage anybody to seek this out as an accommodation even if for a single night. Terrible. Not even half-star.

I found a very large urine stain on the mattress cover. Looking further, there were urine stains on other areas of the bed as well and what looked to be a small blood stain. It was absolutely disgusting!!

Property manager was great.

At check in, a new employee tried to charge me again for a room already paid in full. The cabin was better than expected and mostly clean. However, there was an old blood stain on one of the pillow cases and hair left in the shower. There are no surfaces or places to put anything down, especially in the bathroom. Very hard to get ready in the morning! No paper towels or kitchen towels so we had to use one from the bathroom. It was good for a 1 night stay, but I wouldn't stay for a full week. Dog friendly places are hard to find though so I do appreciate that and we liked having a cabin to ourselves and not being in a hotel room.

Our room was very clean and the pool was nice. Liza was very helpful during our stay.

This is a great pet friendly central location to both Wells and Ogunquit. The room was clean, and the staff was really helpful. There is a nice pool and grills for BBQing.

Place had a quarter inch of dust on ceiling fan and slime from cleaning with a dirty rag on the fridge. Owner refused to refund money and has a kid running the office that has no authority to do anything and said basically to bad. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable establishment to stay

It was charming place. I wish we had ground level room instead of 2nd floor room as I'm not very good with stairs.

Very basic, no cleaning daily, had to ask for fresh towels really needs a good modern update. Photos do not do it justice.

Generally clean, comfortable bed. Dirty air conditioner, porch light did not work. Very small place. Would not recommend for above average size people. Had to shift furniture so we could use basic features of the room. Maybe best for 1 person vs. 2 guests. No bath mat, no response to service card left for us to fill out and leave on the door. Selected this location because it had an outside pool. There was no mention when I booked that the pool was closed... Disappointed as we don't have a pool at home.

Sweet little room on second floor. The woman at check-in was very nice. There's a young man who works there as well-- he was working in one of the cottages and came out to help me get back into my room when my electronic key card wasn't opening the door. That issue was solved as well.

Turning on the stove caused the fire alarm to go off because of whatever was left on it before my stay started to smoke and burn off

Overall it was good. Clean. The room could use a dresser, a full length mirror & the fan needed to be cleaned. The bathroom needs some updating. It was comfortable & cozy. Didn’t like it didn’t have regular tv. You have to log on to your own acct for Netflix etc…

We were not told this was a second floor…I have a back issue and we could not stay due to this. Had to look for a new room at late at night! The bed appeared harder than a brick and my bathroom at home was larger than this room and best combo. Called the property owner and she hung up on us.

I was just passing through on my way to Bath Maine and the price was very reasonable.

It was fairly clean upon arrival. Pictures were a bit deceiving. Room booked online was not the room we had been given. But what I did have a problem with was the fact the fire detector was missing. And there was a chain in the door to lock and it was missing the bolt. Both of these should be easy fixes but had been overlooked. For a girls weekend away it would have made us feel more secure had those two things been taken care of.

My husband and I were extremely disappointed in this property. The room shown on the internet was not at all what the room looked like.. The property was run down and outdated. The room was extremely small. The bathtub was slimy and there was barely any water pressure or hot water.. The swimming pool was poorly maintained and dirty. The fee for this room was exorbitant. There was also constant traffic roaring by. We would not recommend this property to others. Buyer beware!

It needs updating. Bed was uncomfortable. Landscaping needs help. Not worth the price.

Had a great stay! Felt like it was our own private place..it was great that dogs are allowed to stay. Loki enjoyed the place too.
