Hôtel très bien placé et propre. Petit déjeuner normalement gratuit pour 2 personnes par jour avec le statut membre de Hôtel.com refusé lors du check in, il est donc difficile de donner un avis dessus. Personnel au niveau des chambres très serviable et aimable, au niveau de l'accueil c'était plus aléatoire. Pas d'isolation sonore de la chambre, coups de klaxon à répétition la nuit.

Some outstanding members of staff who make a huge difference to the holiday. Lovely spa facilities however during our stay this was not always open. Was great addition when it was. We also booked in for the massage/treatments - this was fabulous. Comfortable heated massage beds, tranquil setting and well practised therapists.

Very late check in room was not ready til after 4 pm! Rooms were clean! Staff was good! Breakfast was ok! Bar was ok! Pool closes too early! Over all stay was good!

Hotel was in a good location, facilities and breakfast were great. Would recommend a few more water dispensers to help with the heat.

I liked the fact it was like an apartment, so if we wanted, could cook our own food and stuff there. Nice that access to pool, steam room and sauna came with the stay, and so did the breakfasts.

Struttura nuova e ben tenuta, piscina nel rooftop bellissima. Il personale è professionale ma niente di più, non siamo mai stati accolti con il sorriso e il checkout è stato rapidissimo, non si sono nemmeno impegnati a chiedere come fosse andato il soggiorno. La cucina della camera ha una dotazione molto essenziale, manca di macchinetta del caffè e tostapane che ci saremmo aspettati di trovare in una struttura così di prestigio. Siamo stati molto bene, ma per il prezzo e per le qualità della struttura ci aspettavamo di più.

Would not recommend. long wait time for food. The staff dose not really understand if you have problems and the pool was extremly dirty i would not advice anyone to get in it!!! But the rooms where fine and it’s not a really bad hotel

Very clean and friendly staff. Not many subnets or umbrellas but we stayed during a heatwave in malta. Location is good but did spend a lot on ubers/ bolt to major areas. Not that close to supermarkets like lidl to buy cooking foods.
