The hotel was absolutely terrible. The housekeeping staff stole our passports and my handbag. When we complained, they secretly put the bag back as if nothing had happened. Another guest at the hotel experienced the same thing with their phones. We were able to watch the CCTV footage, which clearly showed that we brought the bag into the hotel. Less than an hour later, while we were having breakfast, it had suddenly disappeared. Instead of taking responsibility, all the staff and the hotel manager denied everything and acted as if nothing had happened. This was an extremely upsetting and unsafe experience. I would never recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you value your belongings and your safety.

I loved it, very nice hidden gem, by the Nile bank, amazing view in the morning, breakfast was ok, service was ok, I recommend this place, and definitely I will stay there again
