La puerta del baño estaba mala, el desagüe del lavamanos estaba tapado, lo mismo con el del WC. El desayuno era pobre, no tenía huevos ningún día ni agua filtrada, solo tenía cosas genéricas compradas en supermercado. No ponían toalla de manos y una vez olvidaron poner toallas en absoluto. La habitación queda en el 3er piso y era extremadamente calurosa para solo un ventilador pequeño y la ventana da a una avenida, que por la cultura vial peruana, siempre había sonidos de claxon. Abrir la ventana era dejar entrar los gases de tubo de escape y los sonidos molestos (incluso a las 3am). Deberían tener un aire acondicionado instalado. La atención era regular tirando a mala. La ubicación del hotel es horrible, el barrio no es lindo ni turístico, no tiene nada que ofrecer. Mejor alojarse en Miraflores.

This is a terrible place to stay. They don't allow visitors—and if they do, it's limited to just one person for only 15 minutes. They also won't provide fresh towels, even if you've already used the ones you had; they claim they can only issue one per day. So, if you shower in the morning and want to shower again at night, you won't be able to. Furthermore—to top it all off—you have to leave your keys with them, and there is no air conditioning. A very bad experience overall.

It’s in a very good location. They need to improve on customer service. Most of the employees were great except one that welcomed me with a “you will pay for everything you brake or damage” her attitude towards me wasn’t the best through my whole stay I felt she was harassed by her with daily comments like “what time you’ll get back” “don’t throw the toilet paper in the toilet” , “You’ll pay for the plumber if there’s a problem” “you’ll pay for the dirty sheets” the worst thing was that these things were never a problem. When I checked out she sent someone to the room to see everything was ok. If it wasn’t for her it would have been great. Otherwise the room and all services were good.

the staff members were very rude . we asked for our bed sheets to be changed & our request was denied. the room was very humid and dirty , it wasn’t matching the pictures online.

Quick check in. Clean room with vast view of the ocean, beaches and parks out of the window. Excellent terraced restaurant also overlooking the ocean.

The hotel was the perfect choice after arriving late. The front desk guy Alejandro is super friendly and everyone is great to help with everything you need. The give you tips for food and spots around. I had a great time
