This is the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Peru. Super location!!! Super building with a lot of character and super staff!!! We had to leave one day at 2:50 am and as we were exiting, a gentleman at the counter saw us leaving and asked us to wait a couple of minutes. He returned with two bags for breakfast to go. This was a great touch! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great place to stay, right at the center of Arequipa.

Great customer service! They held our bags while we went on Cola Canyon overnight hike. Had them ready in our room when we returned. Great location in pedestrian section of historic district. Made a breakfast to go for our early tour departure. Highly recommend!

Le separe este hotel para mis familiares y ellos quedaron luy contentos. La atencion fue excelente, el desayuno muy rico y variado. Los recibieron con un delicioso te para disminuir los efectos de la altura.

They charged me for the night I ve already paid online when I arrived. So I paid twice. When I asked the guy who checked me in to cancel it he told me it was not possible. I will never come back here.

We had a good stay here. Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, well located.

Good quality and service

The staff were very helpfull tomatsauce my daughter who was very sick on arrival. Made sure she Got hot tea with plenty og sugar and a coke. Also sent for an english speaking daughter upon request. Beds very confortsble with bedsheets and pilles like home.

Hotel bom, bem localizado. Cama boa, box do chuveiro muito apertado e com cortina. Café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade, na minha primeira diária tinha buffet e na outra era a la carte, porém só podia escolher um único item para comer - achei péssimo isso levando em conta o preço da diária. Isolamento acústico péssimo, dava para escutar muito barulho vindo do corredor. Na rua que o hotel se localiza não passam carros.
