very clean and cozy! Staff was friendly, coffee was very nice

First time solo traveller.. it was safe i was scared but i guess that was just me… It was safe. Staff was great !! I did get charged 200 for security deposit didnt get it back yet so i dont know what to comment on that. Everything is nearby, walkable .. place is cozy love the room!! I recommend going here, i guess its my go to stay when i go to montreal from now on! Thanks for the staff you hosted me great ❤️❤️

Very good location and very close to the metro in the heart of Montreal. Very close to restaurants as well. Adam and the rest of the staff are very nice and friendly. He helped us carry our luggage to the vehicle. They have a very good coffee espresso.

The front desk manager is very nice. But he was not able to provide a solution as to where to park my car. So I ended up spending more money than I would have if I'd booked a bigger more luxurious hotel.

It was decent.

Like many old buildings in Montréal, its all stairs. Luckily the person working there helped with my luggage. What I got was small hotel room. Smaller than an interior stateroom on a cruise ship. Not much in amenities. Not sure if it was air conditioned. One plug available in the bedroom. Its basically just a bed to sleep in.

Clean, nice room but very small. Also a space under the door to the hall so anyone in the hall sounded like they were in the room.

Very nice hotel with comfortable location! Near the metro station Berri-UQAM. A lot of restaurants and shops walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Adam. Adam, u are rockstar 🤘

I stayed there for 4 nights. Good quiet and clean room. No issues at all. Good value. Front staff were excellent and friendly. Adam was fantastic. Only downside is it's a 20 to 25 minute walk to the main downtown museums and sites

I recently stayed here twice, both times I had very good experiences. The best attribute is how helpful and kind the staff were. They were very eager to carry my luggage upstairs, offer directions, and give any other assistance. During my second stay, I was being a bit of a pain because a strong heatwave hit Montreal (85 F in early May), and the AC for the building hadn't been turned on yet, so it was hot inside. Unfortunately, the first day, the staff couldn't get out the maintenance person to turn on the AC for the building. Instead, they were very apologetic, offered an extremely helpful fan, and gave us lots of water bottles and free drinks from the cafe. The next day, they rushed the maintenance person out despite the fact that it was going to get colder again the day after that. The point is, the staff are extremely attentive and did their absolute best to help us in an unfortunate situation. Besides that, the hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and the area felt safe enough for young women like my friends and I. The hotel also has two security doors to get through late at night, adding extra piece of mind. Parking at a nearby garage was also possible, the receptionist will offer you directions on how to get in and get there.
