The room was very clean and spacious. Close to the train station and a number of famous restaurants. I was a bit disappointed by the public bath which was very small. Also, some guests used it without taking a shower. A boy even entered into the female section and swam there. I understand it wasn’t the hotel’s fault but they need to think of some ways to educate their guests.

The hotel is wonderful with osen (public hot spring), friendly, kind and helpful staff. A little bit expensive but worth to stay, and it is a bit far from the train station (but alternative it is very close to the main shrine)

The inn sits at a local street steps away from the shrine and garden. We had a marvelous Japanese style breakfast. The front desk is really helpful in welcoming us and arranging the taxi. This is our place to stay when doing a short hop in Narita airport.

Where should I begin… their customer service was fantastic. Quick responses for questions. Amazing support for my needs. Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, phenomenal kabuki decorations, superb foods… and amazing estheticians skin care… I just have to come back for more!

The most amazing hotel I've had so far in Japan. Luxury tradition. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night, would've loved to stay longer. Brought my 3 kids and husband, + my parents. Super authentic experience, very clean, great amenities (everything smelled so good). Great to be on the street across shops. The hotel welcomed us with tea and cookies as we waited for our room. The front desk even said goodbye/bowed to us outside the door as our transit drive away. Highly recommend. Will come back again.

Best location ever , perfect services. One important to be aware of is that there is no Parking lot in hotel, The parking lot is a five-minute walk away. Especially on Sunday, the road ahead is closed to traffic and heavy loads cannot be carried, so be careful when checking out.

Sachie and her team were incredible!! The location was perfect! Close to all kinds of food, shopping and amenities as well as one of the best temples we have seen while in Japan!! The food here was a work of art! Each morning we were spoiled with beautiful and delicious creations! The area just outside our hotel is quiet at night and made sleeping peaceful but was also an easy 10min walk to wonderful restaurants if needed. They also had a great spa for nightly soaks that my girls and I enjoyed after long days of walking around!! Thank you to the amazing and kind staff!! As much as we enjoyed all this place had to offer, you all truly made this the extra special for us and we are so grateful!!

Very clean and the staff was very accommodating

Impecable stay at this facility. I encountered the nicest staff of all my stays throughout Japan, everyone cheerful, patient, and eager. Room was spotless and the beds are extremely comfortable. The black silica salt bath was an amazing experience. The included dinner was phenomenal and felt like an omakase experience. The breakfast left a little to be desired, however the hotel is on an amazing strip for small shops and food. My only regret is not staying another night, we will certainly be back!

Great stay in a Japanese style room, loved the spa and the location. A great day stay before heading to the airport.

Clean, nice, wish there were more in-room instructions in English (eg how to operate the AC/Heater, room service), and wish there were more things to do at the hotel or near the hotel. Bed was comfy, loved the tub and the toiletries!
