Good for price

Really bad. Don’t stay here. The receptionist is really weird and made me uncomfortable by forcing to carry my suitcase. Guests want to privately enter their rooms, not have a stranger get close to them. I don’t want anyone to touch my suitcase especially because of COVID

We needed somewhere to stay and this place did the job option for late check out was there which was good and lots of good food options nearby. Staff were helpful and the room was decent and clean toilet and shower was also clean. Id rate it better than most basic big chain hotel brands

No good at all, bathroom was very dirty, walls need a clean or repainting, TV signal kept breaking up. The decor looked like it had been a rush job or DIY job.

Friendly staff and affordable hotel

First impressions on driving up were worrying, as the exterior is poor, with the front littered with cigarette butts, and no parking (a sign on the wall would be helpful as it look as though you can park there). The room though was a good size & very clean with a good shower, plenty of channels on the TV including streaming. had a good nights sleep which is the main thing though so that's okay

It's was ok clean and comfortable the area wasn't brilliant though on my initial entry to the hotel a man who obviously lived there said sorry love do you have a bus pass I can borrow . But it was a good place to stay for proximity to where I was working.

Hotel was clean and tidy and newly renovated. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Disappointed there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room. Quite unexpectedly a fire alarm went off at 2am which sent me into panic mode and we were given no explanation or reassurance from any staff. Good for one night stay.

Excellent, clean & hot shower

This hotel stay was horrific, I stayed the night due to working in the area and it was a cheap stay. I checked in around 2am and got stung with £10 late check. Got in my room and someone had recently had a shower in there, toothbrush tooth paste on the side shower gel and shampoo on the floor along side a lot of hairs. When packing in the morning I emptied my draw and checked the others and found keys watch and a pack of condoms which was open. Went to reception to complain, and the fella behind the counter said it was his room what’s the problem. He said you don’t need all 3 draws why are you going in the bottom one. I told him to come in and check it out and he was just rude about the whole situation. Adamant ‘there was nothing wrong’ with the situation. Then when I was ready to leave he wanted me to put his draw back for him. Absolutely shocking would never stay here again or recommend anyone to stay

Good clean no frills hotel Ideal for a one night stopover

Was exactly what we wanted in a hotel, for a one-night stay in Rotherham for a WEURO Football match.
