studio was great! no problems at all.

This place is fantastic!! I’ve been to Montreal several times a year for work and I will definitely stay here again! It is close to the metro (subway transportation) as well as many bars and restaurants. It’s a very nice neighborhood. The apartment was clean and had all amenities needed for a safe and comfortable stay

I would highly recommend this boutique hotel for your stay in Montreal. I will certainly book again in the future. Loved it.

The property is fantastic and well located. It’s like having your own studio apartment. We plan to stay there again. Unfortunately during our stay there was an unidentified electronic noise that interrupted our sleep a bit but apparently that’s been identified and resolved.

Fantastic place to stay for PEACE AND QUIET. It was the perfect space to unwind and relax. Occasionally heard sirens but nothing major. The location is sensational if you’re wanting a true taste of Montreal and its wonderful food scene. The kitchen in the apartment was also well equipped though. The shower was lovely with hard pressure. Super comfy bed. Seamless check in and check out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend you stay too!

Very cute and clean apartment, central with short walk to metro, owners very friendly and quick with communication

I visited Montreal with some friends in early December. TheFrançois-Denis was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and stylish. I was worried it might be chilly but each room had it's own thermostat. We were very cozy and the beds were also extremely comfortable. The location is also amazing. Walkable to anything you would want to do. Have already suggested this place to friends and will stay here in the future!

The check in was super easy and the parking spot in the pack was perfect! The bed was a bit uncomfortable but I am used to a firm mattress. Also the heating kept turning off so just had to make sure to turn it on when we got in at the end of the night. Overall good experience and would stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for a quick trip in Montreal! The unit was very clean and offered everything we needed for a few days- the surrounding area is incredibly walkable with loads of delicious bakeries, restaurants and bars nearby. Will definitely be back!

Great location, but very difficult to find parking.

A rather unique type of property, this is not a hotel with a lobby and front desk etc, nor a single unit owned and rented by an individual; it's one of several small apartments in a new building, each with its own entrance from a central stairway. Location is very good, on a busy street with lots to do nearby (my unit on the top floor was not noisy at all). The unit was spacious and clean and would be great for a couple or solo traveler. There's a well equipped kitchen and a good size bathroom. There's a helpful guide to nearby cafes and restaurants. I would stay there again.

This is a great place to stay, in the heart of the plateau. Walking distance to everything and great public transit options. Everything was spotlessly clean, and well maintained. It had a classic Montreal vibe to the decor, and we knew we were in Montreal, not another place that could be anywhere. We had one small issue when we arrived, and when we called the number provided, the host answered right away and was helpful and responsive. The issue was resolved easily and quickly. We would stay there again without question!

Perfect location, very comfy bed and great price!

This is the first time I have stayed in this type of property. The kitchen really saved me a lot of money on things like coffee, breakfast and snacks. The location was perfect with everything you would ever need in walking distance. I felt very comfortable there and the other guests were quiet and respectable. I will not tolerate loud parties and music. Happy to say I did not experience any of that. I appreciate the discrete entrance for security.
