Absolutely beautiful property

All in all, nice property. The staff was very nice and helpful. It’s quite out of the way so prepare to have a car or use taxi/Bolt. Don’t rely on their quotes for transport, far too expensive!

The positives :- On check in, the receptionist offered to help with bags. We were in the Macha room, on the second floor.The bedroom is large, beautiful, with a large tv and a nice bathroom. Negatives : - We were appalled that there was no soap on the washbasin. I had to climb into the large shower to use shower gel, to find that there was no shower gel either! We called the receptionist to the room and she said that they had forgotten to buy soap! There were two receptionists on duty, surely one could have popped to the supermarket about 5 minutes away? A man came and filled up the shower gel. The bathroom curtain was hanging off the rail. The old chair in the bedroom was broken. I wonder if this was the same chair someone previously mentioned in a review?? Breakfast is E14 each and brought to the room in a basket. From pictures I have seen, this is very expensive and no value for money. We could hear every noise from room upstairs. Moving furniture, tv on until 0230hrs, every time they turned on a tap, a loud gurgling noise from the pipe across the ceiling of our room. Kettle didn't fit under the tap, coffee machine but no milk, mini bar empty but fridge useful if it worked! Dusty lamp, cup marks on bedside table. Fridge/mini bar didn't get cold even when switched on. Need to physically lock door on inside and leave key in in case of fire. Mainly small housekeeping issues which should have been addressed before guest arrival. Would not stay here again!!

Heures d’ouverture d’enregistrement très limité. Chambre extérieure au bâtiment principal de nuit très difficile. Petit déjeuner à Fixe amener dans un panier dans la chambre.

site fantastique et apaisant.

Magnifique, les installations sont de qualité. Le personnel est avenant. Le petit dej est onéreux mais de bonne qualité. Je reviendrai sans hésiter

Fantastiskt hotell och vistelse! Vilken gömd pärla! Underbart pool område, tyst och underbart! Vackra omgivning! Perfekt att hyra en lägenhet där man har ett pentry! Hotellet ordnade så fin pricka mer ost och tillbehör!

Muy bonito lugar. Sin embargo no hay personal. La recepción tiene un horario muy corto. Difícil llegar tarde. No hay restaurante. Está lejos de la ciudad. Buenas instalaciones y muy limpio.

Make sure you don’t try to check in early or leave early won’t go well

Super accommodatie! Het enige wat goed is om te weten: de receptie is tussen 12 en 16.00 u dicht. Inchecken (of het terrein op), kan dus niet tussen deze tijden.

Poco servicio, te hacen el cuarto diario pero solo hacen la cama. La propiedad está muy bonita y las instalaciones preciosas. No hay restaurante, pero en las suites de la terraza hay mucho espacio y tiene cocineta.

Au top. Endroit très agréable. Au calme, de beaux espaces verts très bien entretenus. Piscine un peu froid mais jacuzzi en extérieur très agréable, surtout en soirée. La chambre était nickel et le lit super confortable. Très proche de Tours et du golf de Touraine.

This is an elegant retreat with top of the line everything. We loved the pool area and grounds especially, but the room is also wonderful. It has the distinction of being kid friendly while also being truly elegant and luxurious. We will definitely be back.

Et flott sted på et lite slott med moderne fasiliteter. Men dårlig service og spesielle regler som man ikke får informasjon om: Man slipper ikke inn på området før kl 16 ved check-in og må forlate stedet kl 11 ved check-out. Stedet reklamerer med delicious food på sin webside, men dette er ikke sant. De har ikke kjøkken og serverer kun lunken hermetikk som knapt er spiselig. Mitt under måltidet pakket betjeningen sammen og dro hjem uten å si fra, så vi måtte rydde opp og sette matrester og servise tilbake inn i huset. Svært skuffende.

Très bel endroit au calme dans la verdure. Le gite des Rosiers est doté d’une belle cuisine et l’on peut déjeuner sur la terrasse. Les repas ( bocaux) proposés par l’hôtel sont très bons. Mais le petit déjeuner beaucoup trop cher (68€)! Très bel espace piscine, jacuzzi et sauna dans le parc. Peut être des transats à disposition dans les gîtes serait plus confortable ? Mais séjour très agréable.

The photos do not deceive; the pool is as beautiful and refreshing as pictured. The limited number of guest suites (16 total) arranged around the property allow for a sense of privacy. In fact, we enjoyed the pool and balcony lounge area entirely to ourselves on a warm sunny day! Adding to the aesthetic? Breakfast -enough for two meals-served to your suite in a picnic basket, manicured gardens, and a small orchard. Completing this bucolic picture was a large white rabbit who has his run of the place. A previous guest had left a copy of Colm Tobin’s latest novel, “Long Island” in the room…a serendipitous choice for me! The only drawback is our lack of a car. There was ample parking, but we had to UBER into town for our evening meals (a bit pricey but the drivers were always cheerful!) A lovely respite for those wanting a rest or for anyone looking to surround themselves with beauty…or water from a pristine pool!

Such a great place to stay! The grounds are perfect, the Chateau and Suites are gorgeous, and the service is top notch. The most perfect place for families to stay while exploring the Loire region and all of the Chateaus and wineries. Our kids loved the grounds and had a great time!

Notre séjour s’est bien passé mais, objectivement, nous avons connus, ailleurs en France et à ce tarif, des établissements dont le rapport prestations / prix est bien beaucoup mieux.
