A high quality design hotel set in beautifully landscaped grounds by the beach. The hotel facilities are excellent. Nice restaurants, fantastic pools, lounging areas and spa. We loved our well-appointed room with comfortable beds and good showers and standalone bath. The views over the terrace and straight onto the beach were outstanding. The room was spacious, luxurious, and had a wow factor. We stayed in the Agora beachfront rooms which are next to a recently built, low-rise, classy waterside centre with shops/restaurants/cinema and small chapel. The Agora seems to be located between the W and neighbouring Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Our room was lovely and quiet and just a 5 min walk to the main W reception. The Agora facilities were right outside but there was no noise (golf buggies available to get around the resort too) and the beach was on the opposite side of the rooms. The W spa and outdoor pools are fantastic. Wonderful, welcoming staff who really made an effort. You can walk along the beach to nearby Gialova which is a small town with an elegant, lowkey vibe and some excellent beachfront restaurants. It was our second stay here and we had a wonderful time. The free onsite parking is certainly worth it to explore the region. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Très bel établissement dans un cadre enchanteur. L'atmosphère est calme, les piscines nombreuses et la plage très vaste. Les chambres sont très agréables. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux. Si vous êtes golfeurs, pensez à vérifier que des départs sont possibles car nous sommes venus une semaine mi octobre où tout était complet sur les 4 parcours!

Excellent resort with a beautiful pool and beach front.

This was our fourth stay at the W Hotel. The location and accommodations are absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and housekeeping is excellent — fresh towels twice a day, which is perfect. However, the level of service no longer feels five-star, as it did during our first two visits. Breakfast was chaotic, and there was a lack of visible or approachable supervisors. It’s unfortunate to see so many temporary, inexperienced young staff across key areas like reception, the pool bar, breakfast area, and beach service. That said, it can be different — a big compliment to Alexandros (Valet Parking) and Augustuna (at Piqantro), who are both experienced and truly friendly. Despite the downsides, we will definitely return again.

Excellent location although transportation access and the beach in front of the hotel were not the best Service was top rated as well as the culinary experience The premises were very clean and quiet. Could have better culinary choices for dinner, both in type of food and value. Not sure if value for money was there

One of the most fabulous resorts we've ever been to. Over the top service with great views and cuisine. An absolute gem!!

The place was simply amazing!! Peaceful and relaxing. A variety of restaurants and the staff always willing to help. The breakfast was without doubt the best. However I do recommend that staff take better care and clean the dried coffee spill from the mug before serving it to the guests.

Our stay at the W was amazing. It started with a ride from Athens to Kalamata and then to Costa Navarino. We were picked up by Kosta from Peloponnese Transfers and everything went so smooth from there. He got us to our destination with no incidents and we were able to relax in an inviting and peaceful environment. Our room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and the sunsets unbelievable. The shuttle service to the other properties was convenient and practical. The Agora areas were so clean and modern. An overall amazing stay!!

Third time here…does not disappoint on any level.

This was our second stay and while the hotel and location are beautiful, there are some aspects which aren't fantastic. The price of food and drinks at the hotel restaurants and bars are extortionate. As a result, we tend to go into the neighbouring town for meals. We also found the room cleaning to be quite poor. Some dirty plates were left in our room for days. Also, towels were changed even when we hung them up (to try to be more eco responsible). Although toiletries are provided, my daughter was told she could not have another bottle of mouthwash during our stay by one of the people cleaning the room. We were staying for 10 nights (2 rooms) and were provided with a tiny bottle each. There is a meanness about what is provided, particularly given the hotel price.

Das W bietet eine tolle Anlage in bester Strandlage der Costa Navarino. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Optionen zum Abendessen waren eingeschränkt. Das Parelia Restaurant ist vollkommen überteuert. Es gibt bessere und günstigere Möglichkeiten in Gialova und Pylos essen zu gehen. Der Aufenthalt hat uns insgesamt sehr gefallen.
