Air conditioning doesn’t really work / out of the way of anything / bed and pillows not Comfortable

Solo me hospedé una noche y todo muy bien . La recepción bastante bien y muy amables . Las habitaciones limpias y el servicio de desayuno genial, muy completo ya que tenían de todo y para todos los gustos y necesidades. Totalmente recomendable!!

This hotel is a wonderful place to visit with great staff and quiet rooms. There’s a bar and restaurant downstairs and it’s convenient for buses to transport you. Excellent

Convenient and comfortable hotel where I spent the day between flights.

Nice hotel. Limited parking. Far from city center... we had to drive 15 minutes to have dinner.

It was alright, fine hotel for one night

The breakfast was good. The hotel is located to the south of Bilbao, but it's relatively easy to walk to the train station and ride into the city. It's located in a small suburb, so dining options in the town are limited. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the staff were very helpful and spoke very good English.

Comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast. The room was big, a bit noisy in the morning, though.

Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bed caved to the middle, the doors were rotting, it has not been updated since the 1950's, and it smelled like cleaner. The toilet was almost unusable because it was facing a bidet and left about a foot in between. You had to sit on the toilet at an angle. This was the worst night of sleep I have ever got. It was not close to the airport (15 min cab ride). There are no food options around. It is in the middle of nowhere.

I was blown away by how nice clean the place was. Really liked the aesthetic of the building and area. Felt homey. Incredibly affordable and a great deal. Front desk had a cab for me in the early morning, got me to the airport on time. Thank you so much.

Definitely toilet paper needs to b upgraded but the hotel was awesome

Located in a lght commercial area of the city. Chose as convenient for the airport (€15 by Uber) & good bus links to Bilbao city, once hire car was returned. Ideal for what we wanted. Lomited dining options nearby.

Literie confortable, accueil souriant très agréable, petit déjeuner très bon. Chaleur dans la chambre et environnement bruyant à cause de la route. Cependant aucun inconvénient. Séjour agréable, je recommande
