Clean room nice staff

The place was amazing, except the hot was always cold

Extra fees, rude staff, everything is broken, old gross. No lounger chiars at pool. One of the nights we were there they allowed a large group of 30 teenagers to take over the pool. They def were not all staying there. They were blasting music and being rude to us. Cannot believe they have good reviews on this app. DO NOT STAY HERE.

If only they were more transparent about prices because they charged additional fees and wanted it in cash not card!! Super inconvenient!

Spotless, beautiful and clean

Bed was broken, bathroom fan didn’t work, jacuzzi tub dirty, ice machine broken, hot tub didn’t work. Looks nothing like pictures.

We were all this place for 5 nights. They did not freshen the room daily. We had to go to the front desk to get towels and toilet paper. They changed the sheets and made the bed one time. They do not have an elevator. It was just ok. I’m guess for an inexpensive place to stay for a few nights it is ok. The pool is not heated and the hot tub was subpar warm.

It was horrible smelling like dead fish, I don't recommend you stay there. I checked out earlier due to family emergency and they didn't give me my refund back they don't have no management on site. There's dead fish floating around location just gross

Everything was great. Very courteous front desk attendant and housekeeper.

For the price it was ok, but make sure you have $100 cash for security deposit, plus 7$ fee, 25$ for extra vehicles parking spot

Clean room, quiet property

The pool was locked and they had no ice and that gave my daughter an empty ice bucket after telling her there was no ice and on top of that the bucket was sandy. The room had no shampoo or soap had to make a trip to the office to ask for some. On top of that all the added fees.

For the price it was great. The ice machine was out of order. We will definitely stay there again.
