I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was not very spacious, but it was clean and the linens were of excellent quality. Unfortunately, the view from my room was disappointing as it faced a wall of another room. The toiletries provided were from L'Occitane, which left me feeling fresh and clean. I liked them so much that I ended up purchasing the body lotion and shampoo for myself. Although I didn't try the breakfast, I did have the Chicken Pho, a Vietnamese specialty. The Pho was not smelly and was quite special, as it included a free-range egg, making it delicious. One downside was that the gym and swimming pool facilities were located about a kilometer away from the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the overall product and service quality were excellent. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel's location was very strategic, right by the Mekong River. Additionally, the TV facilities were quite comprehensive, allowing internet access through the television, which was a nice touch. The check-in process was fairly quick and straightforward, which added to the overall positive experience.
