住宿地點離車站很近，採買東西很方便，值得推薦!

床很舒服，床墊不會陷下去，很好睡。 房間的燈很明亮，床頭也有燈光，方便閱讀。 可以洗衣服，晾衣服也很方便，很細心的提供衣架和夾子。 我們五個人住，房間的空間算寬敞，洗澡泡澡的空間也很足夠，八樓的熱水供給都沒有問題。

The hotel is next to airport bus stop which is very convenient and just walk less than 5 minutes, you can find Aeon superstore and mister donuts. Besides, the facility in room is well prepared, I enjoyed and loved this hotel very much.

環境及地點不錯, 只是Check in 時沒前台, 有點難攪

交通非常方便，走路 5 分鐘即可到達車站 內部環境非常乾淨舒適，隨時可以洗衣服、清洗餐具及水果等等，就像居家生活一樣，對於帶著孩子旅行的我們非常的舒適 事前已經先完成入住資料上傳，但是當天入住時，仍需要重新填寫，此部分當天花費比較多的時間，另外在溝通上，需要一直提醒他們要提供英文的內容 (業者都會先提供日文內容)

Very clear communications via email prior to my arrival, and letting me know the door codes and check-in process. The room is spacious and well-kept. The location is prime, as it is close to the train station, various dining options and supermarkets. Highly recommended.

가고시마중앙역 접근이 쉽고 객실이 매우 청결하고 조용하며 취사하기와 빨래는 물론 건조까지 완벽한 숙소이였습니다. 우리는 이렇게 생각합니다. 다음에 오게되면 또이용할것이며 지인들 소개도 하려합니다. 감사합니다.

We liked the location close to the Kagoshima Chou station. We walked almost everywhere. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

We love the cleanliness and ozonated odor of the bedding, mattress and pillows are comfortable. Its location is superb as the airport shuttle to Kagoshima airport is right next door, 5-10 minutes walk to Kagoshima chuo station and shopping malls. However we noticed mold on the toilet wall that was covered up. If you are allergic to mold this may be an issue. The noise is the biggest problem here if you are not on a top floor, you can hear furniture dragging, door closing and banging. It serves tourists and those can be very rowdy until past midnight. Checkin process was confusing with the ID verification, duplicate registration was asked again at the checkin tablet despite we did pre-register online. There was no staff onsite, need to call them via tablet but their English proficiency can be a bit of trouble. After a long travel day if you have deal with checking in process that confuses you, you may be frustrated.

대중교통을 이용하기에 최적의 장소. 청결한실내, 넓은 침대, 주방시설, 등 나무랄데가 없었음. 스팀다리미도 대여가능하고 수건도 충분함. 다음에도 다시 이용하고싶은 장소임.
