Lair and robber hotel! This is a scam hotel, they charged me nearly $450 and wouldn't let me check in, they said they would refund me but refused to do so when I left Tunisia! I called the night before I made the reservation to see if the room was booked and the hotel kept saying it was not available so I had to book another hotel and the next day I went to the hotel in person to ask how to get a refund and the front desk said they had not received the money so I needed to contact expedia. The hotel sent me this email. But when I requested a refund from expedia, the hotel did not acknowledge that they had agreed to the refund, even though there was a record of the email. expedia said the hotel did not acknowledge the agreement and had to continue to communicate with me, but 6 months have passed and I have not received my refund! This is outrageous, this hotel is a robber baron! I was told I couldn't stay at the hotel, and I wasted $450 of my room rate. I swear on my life that what I have described is the truth!

le premier soir était fatiguant du à un anniversaire au 9eme étage moi située au 8ème mise à part sa personnel au petit soin réfrigérateur changer le jour de ma demande en quelque minute la chambre était top rien à redire

Terrible experience with top floor restaurant. Attendant was more interested in watching live football instead of servicing us. Ordered a pasta expecting to be vegetarian but had chicken in it. Manager was courteous and helpful and accepted the mistake. Room was clean but phone wasn’t working so couldn’t call room service or house keeping

Par où commencer ? Déjà la propreté de l'ascenseur laisse vraiment à désirer: Trace sur les inox, le sol est sale. Quelle surprise en entrant dans la chambre : Une baie vitrée depuis le lit qui laisse visible toute personne allant aux toilettes 😱😱😱. L'envie s'est immédiatement interrompu ! La propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer pour un hôtel d'une grande chaîne ! La cuvette des toilettes est jaunie et des traces de moisissures dans chaque recoin de la salle de bain. Au petit déjeuner, des cuillères en plastique pour consommer son yaourt. Un buffet très limité et fade. Les chaises sont tous bonnement dégueulasse ! Seul point positif, le réceptionniste hier soir est très accueillant, ainsi que les membres chargés de nous emmener les oreillers et le fer à repasser. L'hôtel est à l'image du niveau d'exigence du responsable, c'est à dire, très très bas !!! À bon entendeur, Salut...

Very nice hotel, with good service and friendly staff, hotel is in very good condition and standard, located in central area of Sfax. Absoluttly, recommended if you travel to Sfax for business or pleasure!

Day 1 - cleaning was not done untill i called at 2pm Day 2 - cleaning is not done untill now (2:30). I had to go to reception. Hallway very dirty. Towels and blankets are filthy and overused. This is not radisson.

Wir kommen gerne und regelmässig her, das Haus ist sehr gut geführt, Herr Nizar ist Hotelmanager mit Leib und Seele. Immer fröhlich, jederzeit da um ev. Hilfe geben zu können. Klare Empfehlung selbstvfpr mehrere Tage. Es fehlt manchmal an den Details der Sauberkeit und der Instandhaltung, aber die Zimmer im grossen und ganzen immer Tip-top, sehr grosszügig mit sehr guten Bettes. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam, immer freundlich. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Zustand der Rooftop Bar, das ist ziemlich "abgerockt“, Service und Qualität der Speisen entsprechen leider nicht dem sonst sehr, sehr guten Niveau des Hauses. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder in dieses Haus.

Das Hotel ist trotz seiner Grösse sehr persönlich geführt, der Direktor ist höchst aufmerksam, immer bestrebt den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Frühstück ist lokal und reichhaltig, mit audmerksamem Service. Moderne Zimmer, geräumig, für lokale Verhältnisse in TOPZUSTAND. Einzig die Roof-Top Bar ist enttäuschend. Begrenzte Speisekarte, das Essen war SEHR schlecht, wir haben es komplettt zurückgehen lassen. Das Angebot an Drinks u d Weinen ist sehr gut, mit tollem lick über die Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses Haus und empfehlen es sehr.

J'ai eu l'impression que cela manquait d'animation. L'hotel semblait trop calme. À noter la gentillesseet le sourire du personnel. Hotel moderne avec toutes les commodites. Manque le café ou du thé dans la chambre. 9,5/10
