Kamarnya bersih dan nyaman, makanannya enak dan banyak pilihan. View di area kolam renang sangat indah. Pelayanannya sangat bagus.

Service and hospitality from the staffs were great. Only that I noticed that the towel in my room even though it was newly changed had a stain. Hopefully linen staffs will be extra careful next time.

Me and my daughter have a wonderful 2 night stay here, will be back when we have to stay at Kuala Lumpur. Keep it a great service and maintain a great and clean room. Also keep the breakfast excellent.

Really friendly staff, super helpful and accommodating. Loved the club room - free evening cocktails, 3pcs laundry per day and mini bar. Breakfast was good - full range of offerings and very decent cofee. The hotel is in a new part of Kuala Lumpur (Kuala Lumpur eco City) so it's surroundings are pretty quiet and empty. It's across the street from Midvalley - a good 10 minute or 10RM grab ride. Just across the street from Hassanudin Abdalah station (or something like that) on the Kelana Jaya line. Overall a very good stay. Make sure to activate your Grab app cause private car transport/cab hailing is not easily accessible around Kuala Lumpur.

Staff were always ready to help. Serving with smile, always. Location was great.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is very varied and of good quality. Basically it 's pretty good and comfortable for those of us who need to rest.

Very strategic place to stay at the Mid Valley area.

2X terakhir menginap, kasur bagian pinggirnya melesak, sehingga tidurnya ga nyaman. Mungkin sudah terlalu banyak yang tidurin. Semprotan untuk basuh sehabis BAB, airnya keluar kecil. Menginap terakhir, kami perpanjang nginap 1 malam lagi, konter/reception (pria) sudah ok, juga sudah di reset kartu akses kamar pagi hari itu. Tapi siangnya saat kembali ke kamar tidak dapat masuk karena akses card ga fungsi sehingga merepotkan harus ke reception lagi untuk reset ulang kembali. Juga siang itu kamar tidak dirapikan, setelah dikomplen barulah dirapikan.

Fasilitas hotel bagus. Staff juga membantu. Dekat dengan transportasi umum dan mall.

Very satisfied with the service & the hotel almost new & very good location walking distance to Mid Valley Shopping via the overhead bridge. Parking also spacious at least no need share parking lot with the shoppers. Only don't understand why must ramp up to level 5. Level 1-4 leave are empty.

Let's break it down into parts. 1) Location / Accessibility. It is very easy to get here from Kuala Lumpur sentral. 2 stops via the RapidKL & you are at Abdullah Hukum Station in 7 mins. The same line takes you to KLCC & Bukit Bintang for one's shopping as well. From the station, it's a short 4 min walk to the hotel. Remember to keep to your right when you exit the station. 2) Malls. Surrounded by 3 malls. Kuala Lumpur eco City, The Gardens Mall & Midvalley Mega Mall. I didn't leave outside of these 3 malls throughout my stay as they have all that I needed & wanted to do. Lots of good food, shops and entertainment. 3) Hotel Reception. The receptionist was nice upon checking in. A little sad that they aren't able to accommodate last-minute requests & can't offer anything complimentary as I was there to celebrate my wedding anniversary but had forgotten to inform them earlier. I wished they had such service despite it being a last-minute request. Checking out was seamless. 4) Room. There is an RM300 deposit even though you have already paid for the room. Personally, it's a little high. Usually, hotels would ask for RM100. I booked a superior king room. Space-wise, if I were to compare it to Amari JB, this is a whole lot smaller. The room I was given had odd angles so it was very difficult to park my baby's stroller without folding it. Toilet was clean but water kept dripping from the shower head. It was so hard to sleep and we had to keep the toilet door closed. 5) Breakfast at Restaurant. The food is amazing! The spread had enough variety for both me & husband as well as kids to enjoy. However, it was the same spread served for both days we were there. A little bit disappointed as I was hoping for a different main instead of nasi lemak again. 6) Pool. The pool is facing a construction but its ok. The water isn't too deep at 1. 2m and there is a large ledge for the parents to sit with small children to play if they don't want to go too deep. The sun doesn't hit the pool so the water is very cold. Overall: I would stay again for the convenience of location.

Room is very clean and cozy. Bed is just quuen size bed. Need to pay for parking fees for each entry.

Room and breakfast memang superb. Dari awal masuk sampai check out semua staf sangat-sangat helpful dan friendly, cuma room service menu tak banyak pilihan menarik, tapi overall 5 star.

Took 2 Deluxe Room via Traveloka. Easy check in. Got Connecting Room as we requested. Room very nice. Come with free breakfast. The breakfast buffet is awesome. We have a Pleasant stay for weekend escape. Thank you Amari Kuala Lumpur.
