Huge room, plus a bath In the bathroom, making it perfect for a stopover whilst doing the SWCP. Two beds pushed together made for a superb night’s sleep, best we had all week. Two adults, two dogs but plenty of space still.

Very good value and beautiful apartment. The property is actually in Sennen, not Land’s End as per the listing on Expedia. Saddle and Stables team told me they would try and rectify this

Très jolie chambre, spacieuse. Parfait. Bémol : nous n'avons pas reçu le code pour la clé et avons dû contacter l'agence après l'heure d'arrivée et nous avons été réveillé à 6h30 par une alarme qui détectait trop de CO2 dans la chambre. Bruit d'enfer impossible à arrêter qui réveille le voisinage et aucune mention de cette possibilité dans le classeur d'informations se trouvant dans la chambre.

Pet friendly, clean room, excellent shower, comfortable large bed. Walk across the path to a friendly, cosy pub. Property is a little tired in decor especially the net curtain & curtain rail Lighting not great in the bathroom but all great for a night’s stay

Très bien situé pour les visites et pour le pub! La chambre est spacieuse et le lit immense et confortable. En revanche, les voilages étaient sales, toiles d'araignées sur les fenêtres et les 2 fauteuils auraient besoin d'un bon nettoyage. La salle de bains est très bien mais il n'y avait ni savon ni shampooing.

Shower good, quiet pub next door - we had a good meal (10% guest discount). Good parking. Can walk to Lands End (where you only pay for parking, no admission charge). NOT good 'disabled friendly' ground floor studio 3 - water dripping from safety pull cord beside toilet, drinks tray, kettle & microwave stored high up. Quality, traditional mahogany furniture bit battered. Bathroom extraction fan insufficient & too far away from shower. 1 very small window with obscure glass & 1 large full height window at the front with thick curtain which you have to keep closed for privacy/ security so room is dark. 2 single beds pushed together, noisy and separate easily. Glad we only stayed 1 night.

Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe. Man konnte direkt vor der Tür parken. Die Unterkunft liegt an sich wirklich ruhig. Leider sind die Gäste über uns ununterbrochen hin- und hergelaufen und haben mit ihrem Hund gespielt. Dadurch war es bis ca. 23 Uhr sehr laut in unserem Zimmer (Zimmer Nr. 1), da man jeden Schritt durch die Decke sehr laut hörte. Im Zimmer gab es leider keinerlei Seife oder Duschgel. Hier wurde am falschen Ende gespart. Es waren auch etliche Spinnen und Spinnenweben im Zimmer und im Bad. Das muss nicht sein und könnte bei der Reinigung des Zimmers schnell behoben werden. Negativ war auch die komplett abgeplatzte Farbe inklusive Putz im Badezimmer hinter der Handtuchheizung (kein großer und kein teurer Aufwand das schnell zu reparieren) und ein komplett welliges Laminat im Zimmer. Das sind Dinge, die nicht erst seit ein paar Tagen so sind und dringend mal gemacht werden müssten. Grundsätzlich würde ich die Unterkunft aufgrund der fußläufigen Nähe zu Land‘s End aber empfehlen.

Schimmel im Bad, Lüftung völlig eingestaubt, Putz blättert von der Wand. Genau daneben ein Pub, abends sehr laut. Die sogenannten kitchenette hat kein Waschbecken, Ausstattung kaum vorhanden, winzige Mikrowelle, keine Schüssel, kein Spüllappen.

Brilliant stay, clean and quite - recommended for anyone planning to stay near Land's End

The property was in an ideal location for walking. The accommodation had everything we needed apart from there was no coat hangers. The food at the pub was very good especially the Sunday lunch. It was very quiet at night. We walked from the property to Lands End. There was a Spar close by. The accommodation was very clean but there was a slight problem with damp in the bathroom. I would stay here again

The room was clean and neat. We only stayed for one night and it was great being next door to a local pub. Beautiful area.

Nous avons visité land's end, et nous sommes arrêtés à cette hôtel qui ce situe à 5 minutes en voiture de land's end. Il y a un super pub juste à côté, qui fait 10% de réduction si vous êtes a l'hôtel.

A genuinely excellent stay in such a beautiful part of the world. We were very impressed by the room, facilities, communication from the owners and the ease of self check-in and check-out. We will certainly be back, thank you very much to everyone at The Saddle and Stable Rooms, we had a wonderful weekend.

First class stay. Comfortable spacious room. Ideal for visiting Lands End, coastal walks and The Minack.

Lovely concept of being able to do basic meals like breakfast or salads in the room. Comfortable room with all that we needed for a short stay. Definitely somewhere we'd stay again. A few areas of maintenance need some tlc. Our stay could have been made more comfortable by some little tweaks like coat hooks in the bathroom, hangers in the 'wardrobe' and the kettle being nearer the rest of the 'kitchenette'.

Great cosy place. Only disappointment was no toiletries when we arrived - we had to go to the shop and buy hand soap! 10% off pub nextdoor - food was ok, decent portions. Room was VERY warm. We turned thermostat off but still needed to open the front door at 1am to get some air. Bed is ok. Bring your own pillows! We had rubbish weather and found tv too small to watch anything. Luckily we bought our laptop.

Das Zimmer ist wunderschön. Leider haben wir vorgängig keine Zugangsinfo für das Zimmer erhalten und mussten die Unterkunft telefonisch kontaktieren. Die ersten 7 Anrufen gingen auf ein automatische Ansage... danach hat es geklappt. Auf unsere E-Mail haben wir ebenfalls keine Antwort erhalten.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights during a tour of Cornwall. This was a perfect base for exploring this area of Cornwall and had a pub next door that serves the best food! The room was spotlessly clean with a large comfortable bed. There was a microwave and toaster- perfect for our needs of warming up milk for morning coffee and toasting crumpets before heading off for the day. We would definitely stay here again
