Mohon dibriefing kpd security untuk area lobby depan sebaiknya diperbolehkan parkir khusus untuk valet supercar karena belum tentu semua mobil bisa diparkir di area parkir valet umum.

Saya makan di restoran nya pesan oxtail soup rasa kuah nya manis dan kuah bewarna coklat dan nasi putih nya lembek tidak cocok untuk makan bersama menu berkuah. Tolong di perbaikin lagi untuk rasa oxtail soup nya dan nasi putih yang di hidangkan. Terima kasih.

Yang paling menarik dari hotel ini yaitu kolam renang, jacuzzi, fitnes centre, steam room, sauna room dan bar

Fasilitas dan keramahan staf sangat memuaskan.

Harga makanan yang saya bayar melalui app 600 RB per pax x 2 orang = 1,2 Juta. Setelah datang ke hotel hanya 280 RB per pax x 2 orang = 560 ribu. Besar sekali untungnya.

Definitely one of the finest hotels I ve ever stayed and so far the most hospitable, kind, and helpful hotel staffs I ve ever experienced. I like all the complimentary as well, including the room upgrade. Few things to be noted: the surroundings of the hotel are not convenient enough for me and in the restaurant I found that some plates need attention for its hygiene. Overall it was one of the most satisfying stays for me. I definitely will come back in the future. Thank you.
