Great location, the rooftop pool and bar area was fantastic

The reception staff look not kind and friendly enough when I asked extension of check out time. Also the TV set was too old and very inconvenient to use. Other than that, me and my wife had a good time at the hotel.

Hotel was in a perfect location. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist in helping us plan outings. Room was comfortable. Restaurant was very good and breakfast was first class. We loved Malaga and plan to go back because there is really alot to do in that city and this is where we will stay. If you get a chance to go over Corpus Christi the processions are very interesting and go right by the hotel. We watched two processions from our balcony.

The staff was rude and not helpful

The hotel is ideally located if you want to access the historic center of Malaga. It is also within walking distance of the central train and bus station if you plan to travel whilst staying in Malaga.

All expectations were delivered.

Fantastisch hotel! Mooie rooftopbar, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, goede service. Aan de rand van het centrum, dus dichtbij leuke restaurants en bezienswaardigheden van Malaga. Aanrader!

Had a great stay at the H10 Croma Malaga - spacious, well air-conditioned rooms with dressing gowns, nice toiletries and a lovely rooftop area. It was however an expensive stay and as such, there were some areas that I would have hoped would have felt a little more 'premium' - for example, the rooftop area was busy and there wasn't always space to be by the plunge pool. There are no reclining sunbeds. In terms of the room, it was a superior double but actually was two twin beds pushed together that moved round quite a lot and there was a fair amount of light in the room from various sources (fire alarms, light switches, balcony, streetlight). Staff very friendly though and overall a nice stay, well located.

Beautiful room, everything you could need. Comfortable beds, fantastic double showers and the toiletries being Rituals was a nice added luxury. The balcony was a good size and private. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Handy location. Would definitely return if I’m ever in Malaga again.

Väldigt fint hotell som ligger ett stenkast från stationen dit tåget från flygplatsen kommer. Nära till alla sevärdheter. Vi hyrde cyklar precis bakom hotellet och en stor mataffär fanns också där. Rummet var fint med en skön säng och sköna kuddar. Frukosten var fantastisk och personalen var hjälpsamma och mkt trevliga. På taket finns en rooftopbar och även en liten pool som vi inte nyttjade då vi hyrde cyklar och cyklade till stränder som låg en bit bort där det var väldigt lugnt och skönt. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell.
